BE THAT PERSON // Corporal(AAFC) James Massey
Who's your yellow? Your "yellow" is a person whom you hold in high regard. They're the person that kept you going when, at times, you felt like giving up. They've seen you at your worst and helped you when you needed it most.
For our No. 7Wing (WA) members, our Cadets would call Corporal(AAFC) James Massey their "yellow." He describes himself as a 'guiding hand' for Cadets, to assist them to grow & develop skills they'll be able to take and use for the rest of their lives.
We're all about the good vibes. Life skills, effective communication, the ability to lead and follow where necessary, manage deadlines and stress, are all things CPL(AAFC) Massey feels immense pride in when he sees his Cadets grow from their experiences in the Air Force Cadets.
