Because Freljord has the Snnuy follower that, if you cast a slow single ally-target spell, it is cast again on this follower, which is great for both Udyr (all his stance spells are slow, single ally target) and Lee Sin (requires two spells to gain barrier, and 8 total to level). Oh and they are a couple 🌈
