Mmmmm I remember at one of the council meetings cornwood brought up the issue at the prison after pd had to respond to cops being held hostage. The council made legislation up to what carbine and Bobby could have and stop the pd and ems responding the prison and getting robbed for guns, ammo, efax bandages ect..
