- Today I'm fitting a suspension kit from Hyperpro. This is not a review of the product, rather a installation video and an insight to what you can expect in this kit.
A new rear shock absorber is supplied in the kit and is a direct replacement. Same ride height but a shorter spring with adjustable rebound clicker.
The front fork springs are swapped out with their dual rate springs made for the rider and a heavier weight fork oil.
This job was performed at Zen Motorcycles in Sydney, Australia. If you live in the area and would like some work done on your bike, get in touch with the shop. We carry out routine maintenance and custom upgrades for our clients.

Clean vid with good narration 🙌🏻
Appreciate it! Cheers
I had been looking out your garage window and thinking that looks like Australia and even Sydney park where zen isolated!
We’re right opposite Sydney park at 200 Euston rd Alexandria. Good spot.
Ive seen people put the tight coiled end on the top
You can in some set up for sure.
I got some new insight of how to change oil in the forks, Thanks! I believe that Hyperpro wants you to install the springs differently, with the tighter part up, as in there kit, for my DL 650.
Depends of the kit and model. Generally for conventional forks the tight coil is at the bottom.
0:53 Hyperpro is actually Dutch, not from the UK
You are correct. Their wiki indicated they have head office in the UK which threw me off.
