What works for one person might not work, or be the right path, for you. Most people don't need to go on a no or low-oxalate diet. I read a study recently that talked about having a healthier microbiome/gut allowed people to process oxalates who formerly reacted badly to them. Any diet that eliminates entire categories of food are questionable in my book...at least not for everyone across the board, and not for forever. For certain people with certain conditions for a certain period of time sounds ok, but otherwise...not convinced that's the way to go. Eat food. Mostly plants. Not too much...Michael Pollan. ❤☮🌎
