@@Lexii005aw I'm sorry to hear Fabio , yea , they didn't think I was good enough because I let my nerves get the better of me and because I have a child I can't work their hours, they do roll play in the interview which I don't enjoy that sort of thing :/ they said they could see I was an honest person but not confident in the roll play which I don't get because I wouldn't be roll playing whilst at work I'd be working with customers which I have done for many years and I'm good at it :/ you'd think a huge company as good as M&S would see my honesty over my shyness and that they would have something to work with me being a mother, ah well their loss.
I applied for marks and Spencer, passed my interview, how soon does the induction email come out? I’m surprised how quick it was, I applied online, got an interview passed it, they said they would send an email for induction dates but I haven’t got one yet or does the external team only work weekdays? Can anyone here give me info?

@@namjoonsleftiddie4561 I was told they’re not doing role plays because of covid ( I’m not sure tho ) I would prepare interview questions just before hand tho
I messed up the role play although I didn't make any grave errors, just didn't know the difference between a imaginary bell pepper and a sweet pepper 😂 they just said they don't have time to train me as they are looking for people who already have the knowledge 😂
@@midnightdragon8812 no idea, I never had one... I applied for cafe but before that they do a a form to tick what you can do so far. Also then I got asked hard questions which you could never prepare for, because they're not just the basic "why do you want to work here" questions. Then they score the form with the things it says you can do (like a skills sheet) and then if it's lower than a 3, they don't bother going further into the interview. I scored a 2 but she said because she hasn't quite got the time to train me further she can't offer the job
