    This is great for a beginner like me in my 50s. I do it daily first thing in the morning. My sister in law, Lowri, recommended your bounce videos as she is a big fan too. I'm hoping to graduate on to some longer, more challenging ones as I gain confidence.Thank you!

    Oh this was just perfect! Im nearly recovered from bladder infection and renal pelvic infection and am so done with this recovery process. It was a good test to see how sore my organs still are. This rebound exercise was just perfect! I feel good, im sweating, now i have a blush on this pale face. No pain in my abdomen. This is gonna be a daily routine to regain strength and flush out all the toxines left in my body🎉 Looking forward for more intensive workouts in the future. Love the music❣️

    I started rebounding 4 months ago. Sometimes I find I can do a very strenuous high intensity workout, but most weeknights I don't have the stamina for that. This workout challenged me just enough, thank you!

    I am a BEGINNER and feel extremely insecure doing any move where both feet come off the rebounder at the same time e.g. jumping jacks. Therefore, even though I tried it, I had to stop at a little over 6 minutes. Are there any videos that teach you how to do and get comfortable about jumping? Or just simple basic short videos to build up to this?

    Thank you so much. As my rebounder has 120 cm diameter, I reduced the video speed to 0.75 and it was perfekt to achieve the same rhythm. 🤩

    Wanted an easier workout to try using heavier weights while bouncing and remembered how much I enjoyed it last time. I managed it , but my life , it is a deceptive sweat making workout 🥳😂My arms will thank me one day. 🤭💪🏻
