The probe movements are variable and depend upon fetal position/lie and imaging approach to the individual maternal habitus. However, the imager must remember to always align a sagittal view of the fetal spine in a perpendicular plane in relation to the imaging plane, then center the heart/diaphragm plane within the sector and turn the probe 90 degrees for proper axial imaging. I plan to create a presentation based on these probe movements. Best wishes.
Such a great presentation!!! I would love to see videos of fixing the alignment of the probe like you mentioned in the 3vv to get the arches. Would love to see that in real time scanning or an extended cine .
