OK, I’m starting to get it now a little bit because I’m so used to looking how the heart is in the book versus when I’m looking at it in the window view I get confused. Where is the left atrium right atrium
In apical, indicator dot is pointed to the patient’s right if the screen dot is on the left. Indicator dot should be pointed to the left if the screen dot is on the right. It is the same image on the screen, but different conventions. Hope that helps!
Why use a linear (vascular) probe in your video? Adult and Pediatric Echo is done with a sector probe. Fetal Echo is done with a curved linear probe. Otherwise nice video.

@@a3jm ultrasound was what told them I had a 12 cm tumor on my ovary. Further tests and surgery, chemo, radiation for stage one cancer. I'm cancer free 6 years later.

I only used the linear probe briefly to demonstrate transducer movement. In the rest of the video, a phased array transducer is used.
