I recently bought a e35 as well and noticed right out of the box that it reads my pace significantly slower than what I know I can do. I’m not a super star by any means, but for a semi fit guy I’m barely pushing 12:30 mile times 😂 has this problem ever came up?
Hi there, are you able to email us on customerservice@achievefitness.co.nz please and confirm which model of E25 you have? Any photos of the console showing the error and also any factory model or serial numbers on the product or carton would be great.
Hey there, I'm in Australia and have the E-2 error but everything still works fine when i hit stop to clear the error. Now i hit stop and the screen brings an INITAL error and the console is unresponsive. Any ideas you can suggest? Cheers
Hi there, thanks for watching! First we recommend you double check the wires that plug into the incline to make sure they are connected properly. If the error persists you can either reach out to Boyles Fitness in Australia who also distribute and service Sole products (bfe.com.au/) or email us your product serial number and year that you purchased it to customerservice@achievefitness.co.nz and we can look into it further for you.
Hi there, have you tried the incline recalibration? Instructions for this are under General Maintenance in the owner's manual. This would be the first thing to try with this error showing.
Hi Shawn, thanks for watching our video! It looks like your are in the USA, could I suggest contacting the SOLE service/tech team by either email or phone as follows: service@soletreadmills.com Ph: 1-866-MYSOLE1 (866-697-6531). Kind regards, Achieve Fitness
Thank you!!! A tech guy said it was a board issue, apparently it was not. Your solution worked for me.
That's great to hear! Enjoy :)
Thank you so much! I can finally use my incline again.

Hi Eric, this is not something we have seen in NZ. I suggest contacting your retailer to get in touch with one of their technicians in your area.
I just bought an sole e25 and getting an incline error e3. Tried calibrating and checking the wires with no luck. Any thoughts?
