I just finished my stem cell transplant...I'm on day 50 and just beginning to get my appetite back....and also am a Hodgkins lymphoma patient. I watched your first video before going in and found it helpful. I can relate to everything you say in this one! The thing that I hated (there are many) the most was the "flushing." They'd always say, "okay I'm just going to flush the line" and it completely nauseated me every single time. It just seemed constant. Anyway, I'm very grateful to have the opportunity and hope my lymphoma is gone for good. Thank you so much for posting this. I LOVE your doggie!!!🐾❤😊

Seriously so thankful you shared this and that you’re so positive.
Was the three prong catheter mandatory or can you do a stem cell transplant through the port?
I might’ve missed this as well but how long did you have to stay in the hospital?

It was mandatory, because they had to take my blood out and collect the stem cells and then give me the blood back, all in one loop. So the three prong catheter was the easiest way to do that.
Yeah! 12days, but I still was so so frail when I got home. Looking back now I think they wanted me out as soon as possible because the pandemic was about to hit and the health care professionals knew that.
