I like the larger living area but too much money and no bathroom sink. I would not like having to wash my face in the kitchen sink.
Amanda looks so slim!
I love to see Amanda on the videos even though you think her voice is too loud!! I love Randy and Amanda and Incredible Tiny homes!! Her dark lipstick, not so much, looks like she’s been sucking on a licorice stick!!❤
Hi how are you doing where are you from?
$100 grand for a tiny house,no way.
That's ridiculous 100 grand 😂
With beach lot
Per sqft what's the price on that these days
So true!! I spent $12 grand on a storage shed the same size with a loft also 🤣
I agree
so adorable u 🐶 🐶 dog 😍 😍
Thts new I love w&d under stairs
The whole shebang, awesome, someone will pick up this diamond on the beach, wish it was me 😊
Can the loft area be raised to 6 foot so you can stand up. Also some sort of railing so if you have a small dog they don’t fall off the loft. I love the color of the one your in. The roof color is beautiful. I don’t like the barn red so much.
@@traceytheisen8067 There are tiny homes that you can stand up in the loft. Up to about 6 feet I think. They are on gooseneck trailers. There are a ton of videos on TH-cam showing this. Look around if you have the interest.
@@traceytheisen8067 Not true. Are you referring to height to transport a THOW without a permit? Yes. In general, tiny houses cannot be more than 13’ 6” tall to hall without a permit. They can be taller with a permit and there are some most definitely manufactured that are taller than 13' 6". It's based on the design and trailer type.
wish I had the money right now I love it.
That’s nice where are you from?
In NY right now but trying to get out of here

Gosh, I need more closet space. I like the layout, but where do you put your clothes, boots, shoes, etc?
You work so hard to make your videos and provide so much good information. I love to share them. But after a little time goes by it goes something like this About six months ago look for Randy standing out in front of incredibox--Ace at his feet - door open - portable steps---really good information on solar and off grid capabilities. Is it possible to put an episode number on each video.
Hi Randy, I live in Tenn. The last I heard companies like the electric company in my area is asking from a sticker or something like a paper saying that it is certified saying that it is built and wired correctly before they will approve it and turn on power. How are you getting all of your homes approved, so the utility companies won't give you a hard way to go.
Do you have more information about your statement? Is it by county? What's the name of the utilities company you are referring to please.
Amanda! We are headed to ITH on Friday! I’m so excited 😆 I could spit! Lol 😂 I hope I get to meet y’all! ❤oh and of course I want to pet Ace!

That's a cute dinning table with the two chairs. Ikea ?
In view of other tiny home company's prices this s a good price.
You think so? What other company are you referring to?
It is lovely and roomy. But here is the crazy thing...the house is $69,900 on the website. But they are hiding the $30,000 key money.
Subtract setup, skirting, and deck from that $30k to get a figure closer to the key money, but yes, the price includes key money for the lot. Since they have the price of the Dalton by itself on their website, they aren't really hiding anything.
@@MyGirlKenzie and here is where individual tastes and opinions come in to play.
@@raysun2be And prudential financial management.
@@raysun2beSetup should be gratis! It moves a few feet. Deck and skirting is nowheres near 15k. And why is a beach lot key money 15k? It's concrete so what kind of maintenance is really needed?
@@Stacey721 don't ask me, I don't know. They have charged for delivery which included balancing and blocking for the DIY in the Grove. I can't remember if utility hookup was included in that or not. How they priced everything for this, contact ITH.
