Well, I must say, this home is magazine worthy. I love the black and white with one accent color look. You can put any color you want with black and white except brown and it looks great. I know she is going to miss it. It’s one lucky person that’s going to get this one day. I’m sorry she is sick. I have kidney problems too. Very painful and in bed a lot. Hope she gets better. THIS LADY HAS EXCELLENCE TASTE n clever usage of tiny space yet has all the appliances for kitchen need, though there's lots of stuff but yet not looking clutter but attractive, her daybed as couch daytime n her bed for nighttime is a smart move also she had lazy armchairs which hardly any tiny house had, must give her credit to make a tiny ever so comfortable to live in it

It's so hard to find a 12x20 floor plan that really works. As a 12x20 cabin owner, I can say that you have nailed the code. The only difference we have is I'm a country gal, and I'm off grid with a wood stove. Like it's mentioned, you have to be very mindful, and it's all about camouflage. I did have a GE that was a single unit wash/dryer years ago in my 25x25 cottage. I wish I'd never left it. It was the best, and I don't understand why you would want anything else in a tiny home. Beautifully done 😊❤
This owner is a real Jewel. If I was by myself I could completely be happy in this stunning home. It is magnificent. I could not live with my husband in it for sure. By myself, what dream it would be. Not putting that out in the Universe mind you, just talking space wise. Sending this lovely woman prayers of healing and blessings in abundance.
LOL, I know what you mean. I saw a video once where the husband and wife each had their own tiny home separated by a patio area. Both had decorated and furnished to their own style and it was absolutely amazing. They took turns with sleeping locations, cooking, etc, and it worked well for them. 😊

And yeah younger generation doesn't know the difference between a book shelf and a hutch... I went to Goodwill... I was blown away Teresa your home is beautiful honey and your such a sweet lady. I'm like you I'm a organizing nut everything has it's place it's so much easier to keep a home clean that way. I absolutely adored you home. Good luck on your new adventure. I know your kids and grandkids will love having you close. I know that would be the hardest thing for me would be moving away from them.
