I bought this same watch in grey. It’s really nice. I have a bunch in my collection but this one is just…cool…and bulletproof. You can say it’s too expensive…but I have a Rolex GMT “Batman” that is priced similarly and I get more enjoyment out of this watch. It’s unique…and you can actually find one without paying 50% over MSRP.
And don’t fret over the eSteel gimmick; the font is so small you don’t notice it in real life.
Grey with the sunburst dial is very nice
The green is so defining that this watch looks like a cross between a Panerai and a Hulk.

Love the green bezel, but no way am I paying $9K for a recycled "esteel" watch with no display case back.

esteel belongs MAYBE on the caseback, and nowhere else, let alone splashed on the dial and all over the crown lever. It makes it a non-starter for an otherwise great looking watch.
I have this watch in grey. The eSteel font is so small you don’t notice it in real life.
I hold a profound admiration for the e-steel logo; it gratifies me that all eyes are drawn to my timepiece, and they discern my willingness to make additional contributions in the noble battle against climate change. Bravo to Panerai for this endeavor!

I own two panerai, and two rolex, but the list prices from panerai went from 2500 in the mid 90s to 1180o for this (beautiful) diver with a plastic band. Lol.

44 mm is the right size for Panerai but in steel they are too heavy in my opinion for everyday wear and comfort on wrist . In titanium, Carbotech or other lightweight material it’s fine . Price is also way too much . I would not pay more than $5000 for one of these if it was pre owned , new $7000.

I can no longer listen to the sustainability nonsense of the complacent manufacturers. Panerai is promoting this watch made from recycled steel, so those few grams will save the world. Almost 70% of the steel processed worldwide now comes from the recycling cycle.
Not a fan of the fact that Panerai used the P.900 in this vs the P.9010. This is clear cost cutting that is making people take this brand less and less seriously 👎🏻
