At one point in the video, I thought it would have been wiser for you to stay at home, but then things looked a bit better! :) We (in India) have much heavier rainfall than this (with and without cyclones) at times during the monsoon period. And we too have our share of nut-jobs who, despite warnings, venture out into the stormy sea when they have no business to, or stand on slippery rock-faces to take a selfie, and more often than not, they lose their lives. The blinker relay was clicking too fast. Usually it happens when one or more of the blinker light bulbs burn out. I noticed it in your video and decided to mention this in my reply. Some cops will use this as a reason to pull you over. Sorry. I guess I was wrong.

I live in Palm Beach County (Loxahatchee). We were lucky like you. It brushed by us last night. We never lost power. We were prepared for the worst, but hoped for the best. Thank God we came out of it okay.

I live in an average size 4 bedroom house 1 hour nth of Sydney in an area known as the central coast. My house is nothing special and cost $430.000 Australian dollars which is about $310.000 American dollars.
