For ppl with muscles I find that sprinting workout like hill runs is best, but probably no more that 200 meters, and do 3-5 miles long runs twice a week.
and keep in mind, doing 13m/hr / 21km/hr in the treadmill is considerably easier than outside. The faster one goes the more air friction in a non linear manner...

Probably a Garmin Fenix 7. I like everything about it beside their charging cable. I would advise spending a little more for at least a Sapphire glass and Titanium Body.
I highly reccomend any of the Garmin Forerunner series. I just have the basic 55 but theyre all the best bang for your buck in terms of features vs cost. Battery life is fantastic and theyre super rugged
