hi, I installed the CarPlay kit and I removed the display, the climate, the central tunnel; now I have the airbag warning light on, could it be that I have not connected the plug? where is it?
Ok friend I figured out the problem. The old radio head unit had 2 button assembly’s on the left and the right side, the instructions said to only plug in the left side and then leave the right side hanging behind the dashboard. So after following the instructions my airbag light came on so we just plugged the right side into the old dead switch panel and hid it behind the dash and my airbag light went away. Problem solved. Don’t throw away your old radio switches.
Any fix for this?

Did you remove the restraints module? Did you put it into build mode if you did remove it?
