I'll second your comment that a tyre plugging kit and mini compressor are well worth carrying on trips that extend beyond the very local. It's reassuring to know you can sort out a flat and get back on the road. Can I suggest you invest in a rear rack - you won't then need to remove luggage to get under the seat!

I know, I know. I was on a downhill slope however. If I was flat ground I would have for sure started it.
Thanks for your information. I am in a bit of conflict, I realize if you go off-road, having tools is essential. However, I am only riding and touring on the blacktop in close proximity to many motorcycle shops if not a Honda Shop. I recently picked the 2019 CB 500X and I wish to supplement my tool bag... it is hard to find a little compressor, I will have to try online.. but have increased the bag with two more crescent wretches.

What kind of bag is that on the seat? Is it just a backpack or a rear tail bag?
Is there somewhere you would recomend getting an inexpensive tool roll from? I already have some extra tools i can put in one.

Enjoying your videos. I am thinking about getting this bike but I am worried about seat height. Is there any adjustment? I have a 30" inseam barefoot, with my boots, I gain an inch or two. I want to be able to flatfoot at a stop or at least be on the balls of my feet
Go sit on one or test ride. I’m 5-8” and have no issues.
@@OregonMotorcycle thanks buddy. I have contacted our local Honda dealer about a test ride. Keep up the good videos. I really appreciate the maintenance videos. You do a good job of showing the process. I hope you will do one on tire plugging/ punctures and chain problems in the future.
