My favorite thing about BOTH of your channels is this: The love and respect Hannah and Jeff show each other. Cut from the same cloth, for sure, but their family tie, despite the Jeff not being with Hannah’s mother, is even more impressive. God bless y’all, and I appreciate y’all.
There is a very special bond between a Daddy & His little Girl, no doubt..... It is tragic tragic that a divorce obscured My Children from Me during Their Teen years and We missed all of the hunting and fishing I had planned on since They were just little. I remain hopeful. michaelc - Finaddict's
If you swapped that plastic can for galvanized you could use a mild acid wash to make a patina on the metal can and it would match the old barn tin you used inside the house.
So beautiful, so meaningful. Everything about this house is a treasure. Thankyou for sharing it with the world. Your skill and ingenuity is inspirational. I feel a better man and motivated to improve the world around me because of it.
Those tables are awesome, We have two very old antiques in our home, one is from my Wife's Great Great Grandfather it is a table and the other is my Great Great Grandmother Desk, which our family has taken it all over the world. Hannah home is slowly coming along, but she is still young and has a lifetime to fill it full of memories. My Grandfather told me once a home is finished or you consider it done, it is time to move, a true home is never finished a real home grows with you. God Bless Y'all
Hey Jeff- Save that scrap piece of barrel and all the Charcoal out of it you knocked off and use it in your Smoker! Makes some amazing flavored BBQ! House looks amazing! That Pack mount may be one of the coolest mounts I've seen! Love those tables!
Hannah I hope you weren’t stuck in wi. As a bad thing.I’m from the north woods and would love to show you the best of the co. I live in.We have 1700 lakes and more than half have no names just numbers. We appreciate you very much and your father.!!
Love that table and stool Jeff, nice use of the whisky barrel, personally I'd notch out the top around the handles so it sits better. Another great bit of improvisation. Hope Ur lady is enjoying Canada and will be great to see you both back together
Love the house Hannah, Jeff, that place is a masterpiece. The house itself it great but what puts it over the top is the memories and stories that place can tell already. From the pieces of tin and where they came from, all the hunts that produced mounts, the family furniture, wood off your mill. etc etc. I love that part when building a house... adding little pieces of history or family artifacts or lumber into the build and/or design.
Keep the top on the barrel, put about 10 gl of water in barrel, place barrel on its side, rotate the barrel weekly, 3-4 months later, drain barrel, filter, and have bourbon/water drinks. Water will soak into wooden staves in/out capturing some Jack Daniel. Did that many times years ago when you could buy freshly drained whisky barrel. Yes you have to put screws through metal rings into the staves.
Jeff you can make a bar out of the other whiskey barrel cut a Few doors and make a couple shelves and that’s where he can Store alcohol and mixers. Just an idea. The Tables are definitely a treasure and and beautiful.
Wonder you reckon if that there's a Kentucky barrel? Sure done made for a heck of a project, and a real nice trash receptacle. I appreciate the creativity and attention to detail, brother Jeff is the real deal and knows his stuff!
Great video!!! Good job on the whiskey barrel trashcan. The magazine rack and table from your grandparents is freaking awesome. I’m all about passing down stuff for my grandparents also. If you don’t repurpose the top of that whiskey barrel then use that to smoke or cook a steak over. It will be amazing. Kind of like buying Jack Daniels pellets or wood chips. You won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work.
I was going to suggest that. If the plastic handles were cut off at about an inch, the jute rope could be through that base, which is probably more robust than the rest of the rim. The stubs would hold the can the same height.
Awesome video Jeff love the whiskey barrel what you did with it later trashcan out of it. You did a tremendous beautiful job with Hannah‘s house. It’s beautiful appreciate the video. You are an awesome person. Thanks for showing. I love how you explain things to people. Appreciate you appreciate you, Jeff.
You too rock keep making those memories for when you get older you can look back and smile 😊 and will be keeping Paige in my prayers for continued healing 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹👍
Man of many talents you are, Jeff! Grandparents rubbed off on you in a fantastic way. Now you are spreading it with Hannah and all of us in a way! Thank You! The House is becoming a Beautiful Home! Might not be my business, where is Hannah Mom?!?!🇺🇸🙏
Jeff, I can see where you got your skills from, your grandfather and grandmother were both talented folks and that table and the painting are really great. Hannah's house is becoming exactly what she wanted with a lot of help from you. The barrel garbage can turned out really good.
It makes me smile to see the furniture being passed down to another generation of the family. I wish I had all the custom toolboxes my Grandfather built when he retired. My Dad gave them to someone else because he thought I was uninterested. I have no idea why he felt that, but I did not have the heart to tell him how sad that made me.
Beautiful heirlooms passed down to Hannah, Jeff. The house is looking mighty fine. My favorite decortion is probably that pack mounted elk head. 👌🏼🫎🎒 Thanks for sharing a glimpse into the progress. 🙏🏼
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
Years ago in Newfoundland we could buy(very very cheap) the empty liquor barrels from the liquor store. Pour hot 5 gallons of hot water in it, roll it around, sit on side, turn 1/8 each day. We called it swish and usually got about a 15% alcohol
Tip for opening a barrel. Push top hoop off, push one edge of the the top down in a spiral. It bumps it out of the trough and lets it be pulled out. Barrels were used for cargo in the navy until 1893.
As soon as I saw the space opposite of the whisky barrel trash can, I thought make the other barrel into a liquor cabinet with two lazy Susan type shelves an upper shelf for glasses and a lower shelf for liquor bottles. One narrow door to access it and casters so you can store it under the stairs when not in use or roll it around where you want it. Just a basic idea that you can expand to your own liking.
love the end tables with the paintings freestyling is the only way to go! come back soon paige i miss that gal! also the barrells are fantastic.hello merle you lucky dog ! hello hannah beautiful home. charlie from arkansas.
Amazing talent clearly runs in the family! That has definitely become a home, embraced by so much family values and mementos! That small hide though, looked an awful lot like Merle.
Don't get me wrong I love the house and the work jeff and you put into it. Its a beautiful home but it looks like a Cabela's more than a home.. Just saying that's a lot of stuff hanging all over the place. You need some stuff to make it feel like a home. Family pictures something other than dead animals all over the place. Love you Hannah❤❤
Imagine being a little kid growing up in that house,at night, with the lights off, with a storm outside, power goes out, tree limb banging against the wall.... 😆
Love the barrel trash cans. Great idea. Who painted the picture of Ms Hannah with the catfish? Where can I get a set of those recliners or reclining loveseats? The house looks beautiful. Ms Hannah's gonna be putting the finishing touches on it for years to come. Thanks for sharing this.
I remember my grandfather telling me how when he would buy some whiskey barrels for making wine, there was always about a half a gallon of whiskey left in the barrel. He would just leave it in for “character “!
CRICKY Jeff your a good Dad ( so jealous ) 🤣😂😅 Appreciate all ya video's KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE SON Aussie Aussie Aussie GDAY MATE from brisbane Australia
53 gallon trash can that take a long time to fill up the trash and in that heat I believe it would start to smell 😁🐝 that ain't no house that's a hunting Lodge 👍👌🐝
Mr Jeff I put plastic bags in my trash cans, up under the lip of the trash can I drill a couple of 1/2 inch holes then you can pack the trash and the holes let the air out of the inside the trash can my bags are tight so full!
Drill a few holes near the bottom of the plastic can so suction doesn’t make it hard to pull the full garbage bag out. Also, I store my new garbage bags by laying them on the floor of the plastic can
Make it a grill . I'm gonna buy some wine barrels and make a grill. Add sand than fire bricks in the inside add the charcoals to it . I definitely need to make a video on that lol. Have a great day Jeff 👍🏽
I’m sure you have finished by now but have ya’all thought about cutting the plastic handles off and replacing them with deer antlers? Just a thought! Preciate ya’all!

Beautiful Home!, Beautiful treasures within, you're leaving Hanna with an incredible legacy, for her children's children! AWESOME!
So beautiful, so meaningful. Everything about this house is a treasure. Thankyou for sharing it with the world. Your skill and ingenuity is inspirational. I feel a better man and motivated to improve the world around me because of it.

This was awesome Jeff showing the magazine table etc. was great!!! Your family is really talented.
Appreciate ya'll

Trash can & end tables looks nice. What you should do with the other barrel is turn it into a whiskey bar with wheels on it
House is looking fantastic, great job! Trash can idea was cool, nice way to hide garbage can and use up an old barrel.
Beautiful Home Jeff and Hanna !!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 🎉🎉

Your family is like mine… sentimental to the core. Heirlooms are everything.
I can see them creative gears turning in that head of yours Jeff lol.. be blessed and stay safe you two. 😊❤
I LOVE what you do. Such a great natural talent you have.
Jeff, I also have a special table. A few years ago I had a glass top cut for it. Not only does it protect it but it seems to bring the colors to life.
Replace the handles with jute or sisal rope handles. Much better fit for Hannah's decore!
I was going to suggest that. If the plastic handles were cut off at about an inch, the jute rope could be through that base, which is probably more robust than the rest of the rim. The stubs would hold the can the same height.

Yeah, awesome job Jeff making things look wonderful and you’re awesome builder and what do you do for Hannah? Appreciate it. Love the videos.

That is an absolutely beautiful house. Nice work.
Great watch Jeff! Thank You.
The Bronco! Jeff again, smart, smart smart!!! 🥰🥰🥰 Hi Merle! Love the tables. Pure family line...
Those two tables are absolutely beautiful

Thanks for sharing a glimpse into the progress. 🙏🏼
Awesome tables ..... Great memories to have from family...
That is the first trashcan I ever seen out of whiskey barrel that’s pretty cool very creative
Great idea! I think I'd drop a tree round in the bottom of the barrel for the trash can to rest on.
Thanks for putting up the video.
The old tables are awesome, that's what makes a house a home! And possibly a Merle!
Y’all are building a dream house!!! Just curious, how come she didn’t want a wood burning fireplace???
Daum! Jeff, I like the way you think! And the interior of her house with the decorations you have hung! Amazing!
Love all your beautiful memories!
As you walk through the front door into the house, you need you a big fox squirrel on top of the over hang. Your house 🏠 is beautiful.
That’s awesome Jeff that your grandparents made that really nice appreciate is showing
Appreciate you, Jeff, I really do I love your videos
It’s all coming together very nicely!! Good creativity!!
Grandma tables are beautiful Jeff .
WOW....that black coyote is badass! I have never seen a black one....super cool!

I had a friend who had a whiskey barrel chair the perfect are from the cushions whiskey smell.
As soon as I saw the space opposite of the whisky barrel trash can, I thought make the other barrel into a liquor cabinet with two lazy Susan type shelves an upper shelf for glasses and a lower shelf for liquor bottles. WE see now who has all the money. Nice!
Nice idea for the whiskey barrel. Local bar put a heavy plastic liner to set up as a open ice chest. I think the caster wheels would be a plus..
The house is becoming a home!! old school with memories❤
love the end tables with the paintings freestyling is the only way to go! come back soon paige i miss that gal! also the barrells are fantastic.hello merle you lucky dog ! hello hannah beautiful home. charlie from arkansas.

Jeff I made a wood box for my fire place out of a half whiskey barrel, I did the small screw thing like you did!
Jeff you might be lucky enough still have some whiskey in bottom of them barrels doing a good job keep up the good work and video’s
I remember my grandfather telling me how when he would buy some whiskey barrels for making wine, there was always about a half a gallon of whiskey left in the barrel. He would just leave it in for “character “!

One of the most important job's was a barrel cooper especially sailing ships and the early wagon trains.
Our cowhides are from Brazil.
Jeff you are a craftsman sir
