The proper way to breakdown the concept and understand how to learn . Wow it's like a whole new way of absorbing and feeding the brain new things not that I'm gonna learn everything at one time I just didn't realize there was an easy way to study and comprehend what you were looking at and doing by chunking and breaking everything down . This is excellent. But sorry I write what I need to accomplish then work backwards like checkpoints. At the checkpoint find out if it still feasible then adjust the calendar. If you start with now you might be underestimating the exact time needed to complete the task which effects other tasks for that day or other important task that you didn't bother to itemized usually by overextending. Hope this helps.

    X) Did they ever heard about the first selective medicine year in France ? :') it's about 2000 scientific pages of book to learn by heart on the semester to dream being in the Numero Clausus and carry on your studies :')

Holy shit, that's literally me from 00 to 42 into the video. I'm looking on how to make a good study plan because I'm incredibly stressed and burned out. I should have done this sooner.

nice, got few ideas, but the last part where you were focusing in each "study boxes" and specifying various stuff which matters to all boxes were not very specific, just saying
