Love me some Harpies. They're how I first reached Plat (back when that was the top rank lol). The cards are just so much fun to mess around with and confusing the hell out of your opponent. My favourite a-hole move is to kaiju my opponent, then activate Slash Harpie and bounce it to my hand haha.
Returning to the game this month and building my Harpy Deck based on your video. Definitely the cheapest deck to build among many other Harpie Lady options. Even if I don't go far in league matches, I'll still have fun and spread the love for the Harpies. Ty for the video 😊
Hello there! I was thinking about making a Harpie deck, seeing as you somehow made it to Diamond with Harpie lady. I was hoping you could give me a deck list and perhaps some tips and tricks? anything is appreciated. I want to make it a competitive build like yours.
They are. And they are actually stronger than I thought, but they only have a chance against the top decks if you have easy acces to feather storm, which is thankfully searchable 🙂
I think harpies are unappreciated in terms of swarming, protection, beatdown, negation and destruction. They feel like a complete package once their cards all work together
Feather storm is probably the greatest negate card ever printed and egotyst not being once per turn is busted. I guess the only downside to them is that you need to play Harpies to use them to their full potential xD
@@thecursemyname i agree 10,000%... I hope they retrain vanilla treated as normal and effect monster at the same time, with a useful effect not just atk boosting lol.. Sisters has been long overdue for a retrain... Rush duel showed a spectacular Maximum retrain for it, I hope OCG/TCG catches up
Really nice video and deck build, was actually fun to watch and I could understand what was going on 😂 Always good to see OG stuff and also it really being a harpie deck not like a lot of people will use an archetype and 90% of the cards are nothing to do with it.

Just started working on my harpie deck. It feels good looking at a mostly purest deck that actually performs well. I might be able to really start playing it without investing in so many other cards.
I don't really do multiple videos about the same deck unles they get new support later down the line, but since Harpies are an anime deck it very well might happen some of these days.
Feels bad man winning against meta decks like Rescue Ace but then lose against a vanila beat down deck with fissure because of bad hand. XD But other than that good Harpie deck.
You have to really know what cards look like with low quality videos like this since you have no hope of being able to read the text unless a card is selected lmao

you can get harpies from the glory on wings secret pack which you can unlock by crafting a super rare or above rarity Harpie, the same for amazones but they are from a different pack, or if you have an abbundance of materials you can just craft every card in the deck.

I also like to do that with any deck that can bounce stuff xD
They should make a harpy boss monster similar to cyber slash that activates when the opponent activates a monster effect
Would be nice a cyber slash harpie lady sisters with 2700 ATK or a rank 7 harpie's pet dragon

Glad you like it, and yes I always try to include as many archetype cards as i can in my decks with only maybe an engin here or there.
First time I fought harpies, I got absolutely rocked then never saw the deck again.
I don't remember ever playing against Harpies. The syncro I've seen plenty of times, but the deck itself never xD

@@ThatCho also if you run harpie dancer and baby dragon you can bounce back baby dragon and normal summon it again to use its pop affect twice
