Hey love your series... I had Simorgh Harpie deck before and I suggest adding a Dark Simorgh that is summonable by Simorgh Bird of Sovereignty as it locks the opponent from setting cards if you already have Harpie's Feather Storm mixed on board with Ancient Warriors Oath especially good for spell/trap card focused decks in addition to feather storm lockout.

Or if you already did damage during battle phase and summon Apollousa you can opt for Dark Simorgh special summon instead of Mist Valley since she has multiple monster negates anyways.
