Sayu's quest is the *Cutest* so far...
To summarise the story from Sayu's POV,
-Sayu has no one to *Love* and show affection for after her sensei left
-Sayu felt useless in the shumatsuban
-Sayu felt like no one understands her and has to live on the edge all the time
-Sayu is really puzzled about living life in her current state
-Sayu really enjoys being with the traveler as it reminds her of her sensei and there is finally someone who understands and "takes care" of her
-Sayu would most likely quit the shumatsuban and do "something stupid" to herself if we're not in her life...
Qiqi's lore is the closest when it comes to *Sweetness* to sayu

Her mental age seems normal to me for a teenager. I know all I wanted to do was sleep and ditch class when I was younger and she's pretty much the same. For a different reason though

Never probably. And Sara didn't say he gave her a challenge, just that he was very annoying. So I don't think he's 20
@@kytten4506 true, that's why i envision him as a young adult or late teen. He's reckless and childish. Also it is stated he challenged her. You can find their conversations on the info boards around Inazuma, he directly challenges her to a rematch because she took his vision, eventually she accepted but then he said it had to take place in the middle of the city and had to be a sumo match and she never showed up and threatened to file a complaint against him for harrasment. I think she would have not taken him seriously or threatened to report him to his parents or smthn if he wasn't a legal adult, and i don't think she would have accepted at all unless they were close in terms of age. Sara is definitely not the type of person to fight a middlescholer even if they were annoying as shown with her preventing the torture of the fake vision guy.
Sayu is regularly called a child by the shrine maiden, the hangout event also implies she isn't too old, because if she was then she would have noticed her lack of growth despite all the sleeping a very long time ago, and they say that she wouldn't be given assassination missions on account of her age. Furthermore you can be in the same class without being the same age. Also, where was that stated? I checked through all her stories and there's nothing.
