Looks like a kid, is about 400 years old. I say 95%, because I think in typical elf lore, they still have shorter lifespans than many other mythical races. I wouldn't put Klee any older than 50 or 60, at the least.

Ludi Harpastum is the Mondstadt festival (similar to Liyue's Lantern Rite) where it involves balloons or balls stuffed with stuffing that are called "Harpastums". Genshin Impact Travelers will use Archers (Venti, Amber, Childe, Ganyu, Fishl, Diona) to pop the Harpastums, which also explains why there are rumors that Venti's banner is coming back.
