    I tried this cake first time in lockdown and it was an instant hit in my home 😅😅 Especially my Mom loooves it! Since then I am making it at least once a month now. I follow the recipe blindly and the cake comes out perfect everytime. Just 2 notes,
    If you are baking it in oven, bake at 180°c temp and 10 minutes longer. Otherwise the top may start burning by the time the inside gets cooked.
    And I add a handful of roughly chopped mixed nuts & raisins in the batter and it tastes even more delicious 😋😋

    Thanks very much, I tried this came out moist, I did cupcakes, when I had my first batch in the oven I rememberI forget the lemon juice
    The remaining batter I add the lemon juice in, the cupcakes with the lemon juice rise more than the ones without
    The ones without still rose but not as the ones with, these were soft moist and tasty,
    Be safe everyone

      Can u please help me? How many grams of flour do I actually need to use?
      In description box 1cup flour is 250g. In video its written 1.5cup flour, 375g? But if u Google, 250g is almost 2cups of flour?

    • @toohottohandle0_0
      @toohottohandle0_0 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NaNa-zl9ox I'm no expert but I don't think a cup of flour is anywhere close to 250g since that's the average weight of a cup of liquid. I'd say 130g is a good starting point if you want to experiment a bit. It likely won't matter tho, banana bread is pretty lenient and I'm usually pretty sloppy with my measurements. Good luck : )

    I tried it today, it turned out really well. But as she did not used the vanilla essence it was tasting like banana . So if you live banana then you can follow the recipe.
    And if you don't want the smell or taste of banana you can add vanilla essence. It will taste awesome and also consume the banana .
    Do try it.
    East or west yummy is the best.
