Louis told an entire story about a woman who borrowed a pot and later returned it to him, building up to the climax where the spiritual woman was actually returning to him what she thought were evil spirits she trapped in a pot for her client nextdoor. kinda weird with the split screen..normally, you'd alternate between split and normal. but who cares?
Whoever added those zooms should be shot
Ben being extra to just not be fired
very distracting tbh. throw Ben in the pot
Ben’s gonna get a beating after Tim sees this
So happy to see Tim find the time to interview this upcoming comedian…
oh he's up and coming alright
@@alexsonrodriguez1524 Oh, Cuz of the jacking off in front of people thing. Funny
When Louis started doing podcasts I was waiting for the talk with Tim the most.
Really awesome as always from these two.
Recently seeing Louis doing the podcast runs makes me so damn happy but I wish all his appearances were longer
Louis’ sister is more haggard than I imagined her, but the hooded sweatshirt + ball cap combo is exactly how I imagined she’d dress
he is literally a GOAT... Louis Ck is an amazing comedian and we need him back
He is back though. He released like 3 specials since the whole #metoo thing
He's back and he's crushing it
This was honestly a great conversation
It’s funny and respectable that Louis specifically gave Tim’s “production team” credit for the Lightfoot limo story bc he probably heard Ben say on pod that he was worried Louis didn’t like him
I have been watching all his latest podcasts....he's everywhere and I love it! Thanks for posting this!
He probably can go anywhere he wants 😎
Tim pulled out his finest DXL Polo hoodie for this one.
these two are same people!! same grin, same smile, same mindgames... loved every part of it!!
Louis really has become the elder statesman of comedy. What I like about him is that he's smart. If he doesn't agree with something he will say so. Tim is used to being the smartest and most well-read comic in the room. It's interesting to hear these two go head to head
💯
He said it’s “innattural” to inflict violence on another human and we have to be convince to do so. Only MTG would say something so simpleminded 😂
I don't think him saying "innatural" has anything to do with intelligence. People misspeak all the time, especially when they're talking for 2 hours.
Omg I have waited for this for so long and I had such high hopes… I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! This is one of the best personality matches for a guest that you have had. You guys are both so fucking hilarious, and you can tell you have the same sense of humour. So cool that Louis is a fan. I was laughing the whole time. You guys are two of my favourite comedians. Please do this again in the future.
Agreed. ❤️
Louis’s high compassion & Tim’s high judgement, together with mutual respect, makes fire stuff 🔥
It was meh
Blame Ben
Yup it matched my expectations.
You sound like you took a blue chew.
Honestly, this makes me proud for Tim. Sitting across from one of the best comics of all time. You really made it brother, already one of the best there is, can't wait to see what the years have in store for you. God bless.
He made it bc Louis talked to him...come on really? So before this ep you were like man I wonder when Tim is gonna make it...please
@@zachbrown788 Take it somewhere else, hard man
@@mattm3656 come on just leave this one alone Matt
@@mariosharks Fair enough. Respect to you ✊🏼
Good father son conversation right here! Thanks Tim!
Who is here after Ben announced he has left the show
good riddance
The show isn't the same since Ben left. The podcast turned into an hour and half of Tim stroking his ego. No thanks
@@Ajox191 ngl I thought it wouldn't matter but something is missing 100% agre
@@b23beatz it's not that Ben made the show good, it's just that everybody sees Tim as a jerk now and he's floundering. His fan based is so up in arms for no reason, of course it' gonna hurt the content. Ben himself added nothing.
Aww you can really tell how much Louie loves Tim. His smiles waiting for a punchline when Tim is talking warms my heart 😂❤.
Ben Avery was the heart and soul of this podcast. RIP
Ben is very replaceable
@@Jimmy-qg2ix Your comment is going to age like milk.
@@Dodgersfan150 No it won’t. Ben didn’t do anything special or have some major personality contribution. He’s known for giggling and that’s about it.
He was a poor man’s Young Jamie.
@@Jimmy-qg2ix He did have a good laugh, it's not overwrought or forced like a Stav laugh. Every podcast needs a good laugh guy
Nice to know he can't be a friend to a friend.
did not expect a convo from Tim Dillon and Louis ck to quickly turn into a deep dive on drill music lol
Louis: "Maybe we should have empathy to these freaks and not laugh."
Tim: "Fuck 'em."
I can’t tell if Louis is duplicitous or oblivious, sometimes.
Comedy is a medicine we all need.
Good stuff Timmy d. Nice to see the humble side of tim in the presence of a legend, which tim will also be. I've watched Louie make the rounds for his movie, him and/or the other guy talk about it alot. It was awesome to see two great comedic minds just shoot the shit. Further more Susan this is the most respect I've seen ck show the host.
This camera work is impeccable
Am I missing something? 😂
It’s on a fucking tripod 😂 u mean editing
Easily my two favorite predators on one podcast
Not one has committed any sex crimes

I loved the gang talk .. matter of fact i love hearing Louis talk about anything
I'd much ratter have a gang of Republicans over the bums in my neighborhood 😂😂😂
Yo Tim. I'm a blood from west LA and we listen to the podcast every week. You bring such positivity to the gang
“Nick the Blood”
killed any people recently?
This is amazing . I wish these two did a podcast together regularly
Louis and Shane Gillis on the Presidents was really good too.
@@philipvecchio3292 I laughed, I learned, I laughed again. 😂
@@ThatDudeLarzFoo-ah Their history was a little dubious, but it was incredibly entertaining and showed a different side of both of them.
Calm down Kyle it was mediocre
good idea indeed
Loved the episode and the conversation.
Hated the spam of "yeah", "right" from Tim🤣
Can’t get enough Louis CK.
2 of my favorite comedians of all time. So excited to see the rest of this.
Right? I couldn't believe my eyes. So excited for this one.
Louis CK is a dad that we all need to tell us when we’re being stupid.
You’re being stupid.
Jk 😂
Or at least a cool uncle with answers.
This demonstrated just how much Tim's comedy was inspired by Louis.
Tim taught him everything he knew
Can this duo be a regular occurrence?
They both enjoy each other and work well together. It's good to see Louis enjoying himself and having fun.
Nah, Louis is just trying to fill MSG. He’s on the hook for the $400k rental fee.
@@wyganter He's been there 8 times lol I don't think he needs too much promo
Louis is correct! Tim’s Lightfoot Strikes back episode is probably my all time favorite 😂
imagine any late night interview show being this good.
Due to our political situation, mainstream comedy is anti-comedy
I liked Craig Ferguson
😍 So happy Louie has done a huge podcast run this year. Glad Joe List and Shane Gillis brought him into podcast world.
That podcast about the history of presidents is legendary.
yeah loved kubrick pod and presidential history no doubt
I love Louis because he has avoided doing what so many comedians have done in the past few years (cough cough Joe Rogan) which is to go on and on about how stupid the culture war is, only to join it little-by-little. Louis has done as well as job as anyone just staying a true comedian.
what are you talking about? there is a jre episode with louis
@@vrod2144 yes and he shuts down like 90% of Joe's BS on said podcast...
@@Enthos2 they were some moments yes but all in all i think it was a decent episode, both made some good points and it was a fun conversation
Tim knew exactly what he was doing. Lmao.
Misses a week in silence. & drops Louis C.K. on us. I love it. 😂❤
I think it’s because Ben isn’t on the show anymore? Did you see his tweet? I hope it is a bit but I hope he didn’t actually step aside from the show.
Lol shade thrown at Schulz in the first minute over him saying his special was “going away” after a certain amount of time on his site to get people to buy it and now it’s on yt for free 🤣🤣🤣
1:03:38 I love how Tim just glosses over the fact Louis was tricked into accepting evil spirits in his own cookware. The woman came in the guise of a sweet neighbor asking for a favor and it he learned it was an evil deception from a witch doctor, passing on these pot demons to his household!😂😂
Made me laugh
Yeah i felt Louis expected an actual reaction from Tim
Louis C.K.'s idea that there will be a purgatory for cancelled people in the metaverse is a great premise. Would love to see him or Tim run with it
Prophetic!
Thank you for this amazing episode.
Amazing, amazing show. I love Tim with all my heart, but Louis is just another league. The wisdom of this man, the natural funny, a giant.
Louis told an entire story about a woman who borrowed a pot and later returned it to him, building up to the climax where the spiritual woman was actually returning to him what she thought were evil spirits she trapped in a pot for her client nextdoor. And Tim just barged in with his thoughts on superstition
Sheer dominance at it’s most primal capacity.
What are you talking about you completely misinterpreted that exchange not everything is contentious
@@AdiFingold I don't know if you're talking to me, but just to clarify, my point is that Tim missed it. Went over his head. Perhaps he was too much inside of his own head
If Louis got interrupted more, maybe he wouldn't have gotten cancelled? Just sayin'
Those evil spirits made gave him an exhibitionist-humiliation fetish
Tim Dillon! One of my favorite comedians of all time. And with the absolutely fire Polo hoodie! Classic man.
I just love that the screen is shaking throughout cuz Tim is prolly like me shaking his legs... nervous...with this legend in the room!❤🎉😂
Nice to see Aunt Kathleen and Tim are finally getting along.
Thank you! You may not know it but this clip has been going around on instagram and we appreciate you guys amplifying our voices. Even if no one cares
such different comedy energies, and the mutual respect, and the philosophical undercurrents... I've been trolling through youtubes of Adorno and Horkheimer’s and Baudrillard this week, and they've got all the concepts naturally in the cultural breakdowns here. a really special treat this week!
I’d didn’t expect this to go so well that they would literally be holding hands the entire time.
Tim: “That’s Ralph, he owns the studio”
Louie: “I don’t care, means nothing to me”
😂😂
This is one of your best shows. CK is such a great story teller. I love his imaginary scenarios. If you really want to get into gangs, have Killer Mike on. He helped a Crip gang market a soda called Cripacola. He makes me laugh while he finds solutions. He interests me. That would be a good show. Thanks for your great, intelligent humor, gentlemen. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Tim!
That was a great show still hoping for more
but killer Mike is openly racist and propagates false history.....
And then they turned into good people.
Bowling for behave....
I love killer Mike. He’s a smart guy.
13:25 love how Louis asked Tim his age to see the age difference then just gave up on the math 😂😂
I think Tim was 1 years old when Louis was 19.
It's a father-son age gap, for sure. But Louis had kids a bit later, so maybe that's hard for him to wrap his head around lol.
Louis CK was born in 1980.
😆
@@bernlin2000 Louis said “how old are you”’then heard 37bans thought fuck that I’m not doing the math
