If you don't have a Civivi Vision FG in your collection, you are missing out on one of the greatest bargains in mass-produced knives, though I realize even $70-$80 for a knife is pretty rich for a lot of people, but I have a relatively small collection of 25 knives, some fairly high-end, and the Vision is still one of my favorites and I can EDC without worry. It's also completely ambidextrous.
Agreed! I just really wish they would release one and a high-end steel. I know Knife Center has their S35VN exclusive, but I would love to see one in well done S90V. if they did that, I think it would take the #1 spot as my favorite knife of all time. as it is, it’s right up there. I just don’t carry it enough because the Nitro-V doesn’t hold it as long as I need it to. I’m cutting cardboard at work. And I spend about 90 hours a week at work, which means it doesn’t get carried much lol
@@JedHead3409 True, true, I'm not a hard user, so I forgot it was Nitro-V. It's no skin off my nose to touch it up once in a while though. Yeah, if they did one in S90V, I'd probably buy another.
@@keithbrown9198 i’m not really a hard user either, I just work in a warehouse and cut lots of cardboard. When I’m not at work, you bet your ass my Vision FG gets plenty of pocket time! In my opinion Nitro-V works great for an EDC sense you usually aren’t constantly cutting things when you’re going about your day. I can go days without even needing to hit the strop. But at the warehouse, that is a very different story. I usually stick to K390 for that so I can make it through the whole day and hit the strop before I head home. But when I’m out and about, Nitro-V is fantastic!
