I cant wait to see you detail and paint the rotor mast and swash plate assembly. Pictures I have seen of this area the fasteners look unpainted and there are black clamps and stainless steel pipes etc. In my opinion this is the make it or break it section of this model even more so than the cockpit.

When you get to the point of decals for this kit. Youll find that they are crap. Thwy are printed on flat decal carrier film. You will end up with decal silvering. Even if you use a gloss coat, underneath. I hope you have a procedure to prevent this. If you do can you please post a remedy for this issue. Thank you.

For anyone who is building this kit and any other Takom Apaches - is anyone else having issues with the armored plated glass sitting too far forward? Ive 3 different kits with exactly the same issue and its got me puzzled beyond reason.
