    "moisturizing, trimming & leaving it alone"--A WORD. leaving it alone in and of itself is a powerful step. You are radiant, these tips are spot on 😍

    Yes putting your hair away definitely makes growth seem faster, when it’s out we tend to not really see the growth then over manipulation sets in

      Correction** hair always grows. Leaving it along makes you retain length.

    I literally Just 2 Strand Twisted My Hair And Cut Off The Scraggly Ends And Boyyy Does My Hair Feel And Look Better. I Really Wanna Blow It Out And Really Do A Good Trim But I Don’t Trust These Stylists To Not Give Me Heat Damage. Not That My Ends Are Alright I’m Gonna Put My Hair Into Butterfly Locs To Protective Style Over The Winter And Keep It In Like U Said…Inches Coming Soon🤞🏾🤞🏾

      Yeah you definitely have to find a trustworthy stylist! Cant just let anyone touch your hair.. I learned the hard way lol. But butterfly locs sound like a great plan! I wanna try them myself. You hair is going to flourish🙌🏾

    Is it considered natural hair after it's been chemically process by being permed? I didn't think that's what it meant.

    • @ebunny91
      @ebunny91 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Nope! Not natural

      It was long and natural for years before she permed it I believe. The first clip she inserted was before the perm

    Jesus loves you he died on the cross for your sins. All you have to do is believe in him and you will be saved. ❤ ✝️

      Just because Jesus Christ died for your sins that doesn’t mean you’re surpose to be still living a sinful life! And believing in Jesus Christ alone will not save you , you have to put in the works of righteousness too and most of all you have to be called and chosen by the KING himself and lastly you have to be BLACK how about that

    Thanks a lot, but type of oil & leave in do you use regularly? Castor oil is so heavy on my hair.

    • @StayUniquee
      @StayUniquee  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Np 😊 I like argan or olive oil, but I tend to switch it up. If it’s too heavy on your hair you could try to use a smaller amount or focus on putting it only on your ends

    I was searching for videos on people who have a Gina curl and of you can get it braided. Is there any rules saying you can’t have protective styles?

    • @yeahaboutthatthough3656
      @yeahaboutthatthough3656 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You ever notice how we never see people who get a Gina Curl stay consistent? They get a Gina Curl one week, they have on a wig the next week, then braids a few months later, then they straighten it, then they are back to wigs, etc. It's not because they want to "switch it up," it's because they were not adequately educated by their stylist to understand that they have to use an activator day and night and sleep in a plastic cap to keep their hair from drying out, and when they don't do that, that are unsatisfied with the look and feel fo their hair and then they start seeing thinning, breakage and shedding. Basically, a Gina Curl (and all other curls) change the porosity of your hair permanently. It not only makes it high porosity, but extremely high porosity to the point that the only way you can moisturize is from the chemicals in curl activator. Regular oils don't work anymore. And when you transition, you have to basically big chop. That is the old-school reality of a curly perm. It's no different from a relaxer on your hair. If you get one, be sure to commit to proper maintenance, or be prepared to someday have to cut your hair when you are ready to go back to natural.
