You are also allowed to go for the day. There is a small toll to go over the thousand Island Bridge and you have to pay for day access at the State Park.

Very nice video.... I've been coming up to Wellesley Island State Park for many years, this will be 56 years for me and my family. The park has changed a lot in some aspects and some things never change. The one big thing that never changes is the beauty of the park and the relaxing atmosphere.

The reason theres all that brick/stone/steps there is that there used to be an old home there. We called that point "the castle" when I was a kid. We used to go up there to do some smoochin. lol. Been camping in WISP since the late 70s.
