I can walk really quietly to the point where my parent can’t hear whenever I’m in the kitchen, but it’s always good to master a skill
Not necessarily. The "fox walk" as it is known isn't always best. The principle behind it yes, but it might be better sometimes to roll from your heel to the side of your foot, put the side of your foot down first whatever. It's just the principle of being careful where you walk, and being careful how you distribute weight.
Sources: I like snacks late at night. I am experienced in getting my snacks.
Now I can take my laptop from my parents bedroom at night to binge watch some anime ;)

Just read a section from a novel where the author explained that you need to put down your heel first when sneaking. That didn't seem right to me. Now I'm glad that I was correct in this.

flu's, colds and the fact my nose can get runny for whatever reason is the reason I try no longer breathe through my nose in any situation. I can do it as I'm watching this video, but I chose to always go to breathing through my mouth. It's the best way if you dont want to deal with any dumb shit to do with the nose
even then it is still possible to figure out how you can breathe slow and quiet through the mouth, though sometimes you may need to also suck in your stomach ect. good video though, wasn't expecting to find ninja like videos when looking up how to just walk quietly. Opened up a lot more on what I can take from these
Another tip is wearing socks if you’re inside sneaking. Also try to avoid pieces of the floor which make noises by testing it out.
Hmm your say ball of feet but I learn ankle back part of foot first. Then as place other foot down use back part of foot all in motion shifting weight slowly forward

My younger brother has recently been doing this thing we’re he takes an egg and keeps it like a pet. He did this three times in the past and always called the eggs Eggy. To make him angry, I would take the eggs and eat them. He did it with three eggs yesterday and I turned them all into the same omelet.
