one question, if i speak though my mic on my headset will it show up on my second pc?

When I use my headset on my gaming pc I can’t hear nothing on my streaming laptop but when I use my plug in speakers when I don’t feel like using headsets I can hear it on my streaming laptop not sure what I’m doing wrong need help please
Reconfigure it with the headphone in it. Disable any other device if your not using them. Only keep the headphone and the capture card enabled. Then follow the tutorial again lemme know 🙏

BIG QUESTION! I have a xlr mic so if I connect a capture card to console and select listen to my mixer my mic is connected to through the capture card like in the video, will my mic pick up in full quality when I speak on console in party chat or just obs? If not is there a way to do that? Because I want to make sure it records my mic without any quality degradtion on ps5 so I can just capture the ps5 audio alone and have everything picked up accurately.
Capture cards are very limited in quality video and audio. It's just a device to bridge a gap, if your gonna record and want full quality you will have to do it from the PS5 itself. But if you don't want all that workload on the PS5 you will have to put that high quality mic on the PC and let the normal audio pass through the capture card and second mic to make your party hear you from your headset in your controller. Hopefully I explain this enough will make a video on it
@@iammrdoge Oh I think I understand let it listen to the input device and then try to make it register as headset on the controller.

I've viewed both tutorials for configuring the capture card, which I successfully set up. However, I'm facing an issue with the audio. I've carefully watched the video three times to ensure I haven't overlooked any steps. Currently, I have my headphones connected to the Gaming PC, and on the streaming PC, I've designated the capture card as the default sound device. Is this the correct configuration? Thanks man!

Thanks so much for the feedback, is it that you can't hear the audio on the streaming PC? If so you have to make sure you add the capture card as a mic in OBS so you can get input

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. at about 4:58 the capture card option doesn't appear for me. I'm just trying to be able to stream my ps5 through my computer to discord.

I noticed I can hear a frequency noise in the background. I have the same problem and I can’t get rid of it. Have you found a solution? you may have to turn your video all the way up to hear it
Thier is a way to change the audio boost, for both mic and the capture card. I didn't tune mine prior to making the video. You most likely can try

@@iammrdoge Already did that and figured out what the issue was. HDMI out when in use for a second monitor cut's out all audio. So I unhoocked it. After doing so found out it was the cause of it all. Hate when thing's are built like that.

Somewhat. You will have to have a separate mic for your friend to hear you on console. One plugged into the controller. One from your PC for the stream. Then all else from the console to the capture card to the streaming pc
the last part of the video is the issue that im having. My capture card is hooked up to my desktop and only displaying video to my laptop. I have the same sound settings you have but no audio is being displayed on my laptop.

the analog connector is not showing for me. I'm on desktop windows 11 all i see is stereo mix but, when i put my capture card on it no sound comes through.
in record, listen to your capture card through your default speaker or your headset ( i chose default because it automatically goes to your headset). i think because i use my headset to hear and speak, i don't need to do the playback part but, idk.

What about for consoles would it work the same way
You have to use two mic. One so that people can hear you in game and one for the PC so people can hear you on stream
please can anyone help me out i have the same capture card my headset does not connect with the card i cannot hear anything or my 2nd gaming pc does not give any sounds
If your using obs on your streaming/recording pc make sure you add the capture card as a mic in the audio tab. That will stream all incoming audio over.
Also make sure you add the audio to a specific slot, just in case you have another mic connected to your second pc
Sir i have tried many times fixing the audio input but audio is not working and my gaming monitor sound is not coming too. Its 2 days now i have been trying but to no vain.

idk how it would work with a 3ds unless you had some sort of converter
If the 3ds has a mini HDMI then it should work

Nothing what I do works I literally can’t get get the audio from my gaming pc it’s only getting audio from my streaming pc
So the audio is playing through your streaming PC but you can't hear it while gaming on your gaming PC? If so you have to try 2 things see if you get audio when you plug it into the capture card. If so then you have to change the main audio from the capture card to your headset. Then mirror the audio through the mixer for the capture card to hear it. Double check the video

Mine shows up as a USB Audio, but like he said only in the inputs not the outputs.
I have solutions, but I'm not dual pc streaming just sending audio to my pc and from it to my PS5 . Voicemeeter and Eartrumpet are enough for me.
