Mumbai(South Mumbai) is not 1 hour from Kharghar takes atleast 1 hr 30 mins to 2 hours.

In future, kharghar will be 30 mins drive from chembur once the kharghar - turbhe tunnel work is done.

Be prepared to experience more pollution in Lower Parel
Living in Lower Parel the pollution here is terrible, mostly dust particles due to construction.
Kharghar is infact more polluted, its surrounded by MIDC industrial areas like Taloja and due to parsik hill, it becomes a catchment zone trapping the polluted industrial air, Infact lower parel or other Mumbai city fair better...they are polluted due to the ongoing construction work however they get the periodic natural clean up due to sea breeze patterns.
I heard Kharghar's Muslim population suddenly increased rapidly. Did it increased the loudspeaker issues too around the localities ?
What i meant is like, they will start with Azan, then continuous DJs in theit private parties. Thet the non muslims starts with loudspeaker and DJs, as retaliation, cause the law and enforcement doesn't act against any complaints against the Muslims. And then it becomes endless loop. Eventually Muslims gets what they want, that is to harass the force the non Muslims out of the area.
Is it a harboring Mini-Pakistan?
@@playwithvihaan7601 no one harbours that. People neglect small incidents, thinking "chalta hai", and then it becomes big. Eventually the indirect harassments using loudspeaker and keeping the area filthy begins, and property buyers have to vacate the area.
Politicians don't do anything, instead support these for votebanks, cause their whole community decides to vote for that politician. And this voting is only for 10 years, till they put their own ghetto's/moholla's MLA in politics, I think mostly that person is a goon.
That's how a whole area is occupied by them, just cause the buyers don't know how to protect an area, Law and enforcement wait for complaints which never come, and politicians favours them for votebanks.
This issue is in Taloja.
@@svk0071 Sad to hear that. I can feel the pain, as I am facing this issue in Pune, area adjacent to Kondhwa, but outside Kondhwa.
There was no such issue here till 5 years ago. After the COVID, they completed a building (MHADA), and majority of those people got the allocation. The problem aggravated when these people started moving into that building.

If he owns a house in Mumbai, it will have smaller rooms.
