- This is my latest scale project. I am particularly interested in this model due to its tail control simulation using a ducted fan design to reflect the real scale model fenestron.
FlishRC is available through their AliExpress store as well as their online shop at FlishRC.com.
I really like how heli's look and fly compared to planes, your heli is what id like to get into adventually. Thanks for the video
They're very fun to fly!
Thank you for sharing. I have a yellow one from Flish on its way. I can not wait. Please do more tips n trick videos if you can. Subscribed 👍
I received this EC135 from Flish after nearly 3 month.Happy that I finally got it I unpacked .When grapping the fuselage out of the box I heard some rappling noise: The mont of the tailrotor was loose ( glue..) and the whole assembly had to be removed from the fuselage. I am not shure If I reassembled everythin right ( prop had to be removed from the motor and the motor had to be completely removed from the block).. The problem is: what is the correct assembly of the motor/ prop. could you please check for me which rotational direction the motor must have, how the prop ( no markings) has to be mounted on the motor?
Looking from right on mounting-nut, what is the direction of the motor (cw or ccw) ? I very much appreciate you help!
i am interested on how you connect the lights by providing good power supply but it would be much lovely to see if you have a diagram of it🙂
@@earlskie2u the lights are connected directly to the RX. I have a Roban light module complete with the electronics. I connect the module to an open port on my receiver and have it turn on and off. With this model you have to be careful since the H1 is initially powered by a 7.4V BEC from the ESC. I added another BEC to supply power at 5V (good for the LED module) to the receiver and cut the red wire from the H1 to the RX. So the H1 module is now isolated at 7.4V and the RX is at 5V.
can you please comment the link where you bought the lighting you added? and its not clear to me how you wire the navlights and get it working without compromising control and battery system.. thank you.
@@earlskie2u I bought the light module and associated LEDs from FlishRC store in AliExpress. Search this item and you should find it: RC Helicopte Night Lights 8 Different Modes LED Signal Navigation Light 4.7V DIY HOBBY. It’s listed for $31.
@9:25 where did you get the power supply to make the lights flashing?
May I know where did you buy your BEC that supplies the nav and strobe lights? thanks mate
@@earlskie2u see below. Thanks
Where is the gps modul located , is it mounted in the fuselage? How do you then calibrate it? Thank you for your information
GPS module is on the tail inside the fuselage.
Play video I just got my first two of five ordered helicopters and I love what you did with those lights I went to their website which is pretty much all in Japanese. I don’t see anything in there about a wiring kit that you mentioned can you tell me where you got that and that module that went with it appreciate it. I don’t see anything on their website, but they’re helicopters. I ordered mine from AliExpress.
@@videonut1963 it’s called LED lighting kit. You don’t have to have it specifically from this suppliers. You can use other LED kits sold.
@@Flight6677 where did you get the power supply of your nav/strobe lights? Did you use the channel 6 of the receiver to power it on or off from the remote controller?
Awesome mate. Is the rtf already built and flight ready? Thanks
You have to just put the mechanics inside the fuse. They made it easy for you to do so.
@@Flight6677 thanks mate ordered one this morning
Mantap bang
Holikopter yang bagus ❤🎉👍🇮🇩
OK got the link thank you.what thickness of plexiglass did you order?
12"X12"X0.02" (the last numbers are the thickness).
Hey capn. That's a nice-looking bird and you did a great job on it.
How do the Flishrc's compare to the Flywing models? I was thinking of buying either the Huey UH-1N or the AH-1 Cobra 500 size. They're pricey but are they worth the extra money? I like how the Flishrc models are real scale looking and the tail blade is upgraded for less noise.
@@RC_Cowboy FlishRC seems to be using higher quality head components such as the rotor head. They use the same radio, receiver, ESC (on 450 size) and H1 flight controller. FlishRC has a better selection IMO with 450 size as well as 500 size scale models. I think both companies use same philosophy of design.
@@Flight6677 Thanks for the feedback. I was trying to get that answer from the forum, and somewhat got it, but not as much detail. Since you own a few, I trust your judgement that they are quality machines. My nephew has the Airwolf 500 and loves it and says the same thing. I like the detail of those Heli's.
Can you tell me the brand of epoxy you used when putting your bird together?
Bob Smith Industries
Great heli! Are you find any problems with GPS do to the magnets for locking cabin.
@@DobromirDobrinov-l2u nothing wrong on my first three flights.
@@Flight6677 Thank you! One more question. Do you made a compass calibration in the field ? I know FlishRC make such, but is this is a nessery to be done again with this heli kit?
@@DobromirDobrinov-l2u no I did not since they have done this prior to shipping. The point of this video was to show the RTF aspects of the FLISHRC helicopter kits. They prepare and send you a product ready to fly after minor assembly. They integrate and prepare the kit. But having said that, the H1 controller does have a manual and software program that they will send you if you ask allowing you to do the GPS and compass calibration if needed. I assume that after sometime it’s a good idea to recalibrate anyhow.
@Flight6677 Thank you for the detailed answer!
Where did you get the LED light looking good.

How is the heli going now? Any crashes? Going strong?
@@THEMIGHTYCB strong as Bull :)
@ nice, is it worth doing insurance for these?
@@THEMIGHTYCB You must be get your FAA number and with that you should get AMA and it has insurance for liability issues. I don’t think any other insurance is necessary unless you want to.
Hi would you have a link to the plastic sheet you used for the windows from amazon please
