    Love this!
    Esp the vongole and gnocchi👌🏼
    But I think using actual peanuts works better for gado gado than peanut butter...
    The taste is fairly different.

    Oh My God..you doing Gado-gado from my country...thank you to introducing that to the world...well you do some modification in the recipe but still like the end result...here we also use shrimp paste or "belacan" for taste. we don't use oil and fish sauce only tamarind water..for the boil or steam vegetables we call it gado-gado but for the raw vegetables there's one we call it "karedok" or "keredok" from West Java. I really like the way you cook, simple but good....keep up the good work...Regards from Indonesia to Food Tube Families...

    • @tonygiang3625
      @tonygiang3625 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends on the size of the chicken lol. But breast cooks quickly, for a standard size breast I’d say 20 mins at 180 preheated oven, but once the breadcrumbs have good colour usually that’s a sign it’s cooked

    Hate to be a smarty pants but I'm pretty sure Katsu Curry comes from Japan. Katsu refers to a breaded meat cutlet :P

    Molding so 1980's?! Here in Italy chefs (especially TV chefs) are all about molding. They molt anything, not just moldable stuff but also totally unmondlable stuff. It's been years since I have seen anyone in Italy cooking on TV and serving a salad that's not been through a BEEP mold!

    for those who struggle with making rice...the following is fault proof. For every cup of rice that you make, use 1.5 cups of water. so if making two cups of rice, then it would be 2.5 cups of water.
    direction;
    boil water in a kettle
    place one cup of rice into a good sized saucepan that has its own lid.
    add a small pinch of salt to the rice.
    pour a tablespooon of vegetable or rapeseed oil onto the rice.
    place the pan onto the hob - gas mark 2.
    pour the 1.5 cups of boiling water onto the rice and immediately cover it with the lid (don't stir it)
    give it max 20-25 minutes, and you've got beautifully cooked rice.

      +Roz Sa get your math straight gal 2*1.5 != 2.5

    • @recruitmentch
      @recruitmentch 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adam Baszak There's no maths. if cooking one cup of rice, then use 1.5 cups of water. if cooking two cups, then 2.5 cups of water.
