I watched the jack shaft bearing video, as it is raining - I checked mine. No grease - only rust dust!
Evidence the original had blown and been replaced. Amazon has the bearing in 2 days but, the deflector is on the way from Polaris.
As the driveshaft bearing is right beside I opened it too.
Still lubed but like putty around the circumference, re-packed with moly grease.
You saved me major down time when we do get snow, thanks Phil.

Can you show the differences between the standard matryx LED headlight and nightblade please. All the forums are going crazy over how the standard LED headlights mounting is loose and can bounce up and down. And we think the standard LED has a better/brighter pattern for night riding.

Great video as usual. Thanks for all the insight to the new CC setup. Just at the tail end of putting the long tail torsion springs on my XCR. Just waiting on the eccentric limiter strap mount. Replaced all the springs to 22/24 cross country model. Had Bruce re-valve all my shocks with his secret sauce! Added the taller spindles as well. Now we just need snow to let it rip.

Jesse James Bonaduce Just got about 300 miles in on my 850 XCR. The thing absolutely rips, and I can run down sleds in the corners at will. Super predictable in moguls and tracks straight as hell. Thanks for all the vids. Very great combo with you and Bruce. I’ve learned a lot about the Matryx sleds and handling in general from you guys! I run a GT3 Cup car on track. I now refer to this sled as my cup car on snow.
Sir Jesse. You need to design a kit to Turn this Dumb Airbox into Two pieces that you Add two Carbon Fiber flanges that you Epoxy on then bolt the Two pieces together. A Great Add on. Or sell it to Polaris
would be nice for them to come apart

Hopefully Polaris can iron out some of the 9R issues and then get them into some trail sleds!
not sure what issues you are referring too. last years 9Rbuild was a full Polaris build and we didnt have one hiccup at all

We don’t really have details. Anything we know if in the overview of the cross country sled this year. New territory for us

Will you be doing a video on the Long Torsion Spring Project? Where you drilled the hole? Is there any concern of cracking from the new hole location? Got a new front arm spring kit from Bruce since Polaris was back ordered on the stick CC spring Thanks.
