Nothing wrong with the jokes even if they are risqué. A good chuckle lightens the day. I don't think the internet police will shut you down for the odd zinger.
I would not take the electric start out, I don't think the weight reduction is worth not having it. With the stinger being larger on the 9R pipe, could you still use the stock 850 can/muffler? I am pretty sure Polaris will be putting the 9R engine in the trail sleds and then adding a turbo to it. I can't wait and am thinking of getting a long rod 9R engine from Dan at Indy Specialties to install in my Vr1 Boost. Keep up the good work, can't wait for the next video!
Magnet to hold lower y spring is genius. Is trimming brace the standard way to make pipe fit? Never heard of people doing that with the durability kits with cylinder spacer. Does the actual 9R sled have extra clearance for the bigger pipe maybe?
Jesse if you don't mind, what are the dimensions of the bar stock used to keep the sled supported while the shock are out being rebuilt ? That's pretty slick
@@JESSEJAMES322 I’ve been thinking about putting the quiet can on my 850. Is it worth the time and money? I read a lot of mixed feelings on aftermarket exhast

The Technician is absolutely amazing at what he can do and the time it takes him to perform his magic!!!.
It absolutely blows my mind every time. its really an art and he just crushes It!
Damn that thing is going to kick ass!! 💪🏼 I am Interested to see if that cerakote pipe discolors from the heat after a while.
We agree!!! they are telling us It wont too much just a little
Love it! Lets Get some snow this week!
looking pretty good right now!
Another words leave the man alone and let him do his thing , I'm the same way when I'm working on snowmobiles
Rick enjoys my company!!
Could you do a short video on what Bruce is talking about with that 19 xc shock at 3:15. My dad has been having the same issue with his.

we didnt have that issue with the standard 9R last year so dont think they are any different. Not too sure how those fit. maybe they werent as big??

anywhere from 17- 18.5 inches would be fine or anywhere in there. just need them to be close to the shock length
blue pipe looks awesome, will it stay mostly that good looking?
thats what we are being told but im sure Itll change a little
Is that a Blade snowmobile in the background up in the air?
yes It is!!
Can you put a belt drive on it instead of a chain case drive?
I know a few guys that tried and had nothing but issues breaking belts etc
Have you guys tried a 9R pipe on an 850 to see if there is any cheap performance gains?
have not but considering no one has done it id assume its not worth it!
so is this swap worth it? how much hp difference is there between the na 850 and the 900
not about the peak HP but the way the 9R reacts is what makes It worth It. very snappy set up
You must have lots of spare parts and engines in your garage!
we do!
Do you guys always stick with the stock exhaust? What do you think of the MBRP trail or quiet can?
we normally do yes. Thats not a bad can. just dont ever want to aggravate land owners etc
@@JESSEJAMES322 I’ve been thinking about putting the quiet can on my 850. Is it worth the time and money? I read a lot of mixed feelings on aftermarket exhast
there is no performance gain so id say no
Did you happen to weigh those 2 engines?
did not
Jesse need to add some Blue in the Wrap. This Motor for Speed or Mountain riding ?
cant now! This is a trail sled so speed i guess youd say
Red heads and red pipe would look hotter lol
I could not agree more!
This is the trail sled I was hoping Polaris would drop….can you imagine this being a stock option…
time will tell if they come out with one!
