      Massa also unfortunate to end his supposed to be last Brazillian GP with a crash. So he did whole of 2017 again just cuz Bottas left to Mercedes cuz Nico Rosberg stopped and yeah he finally finished Brazil on a high but also Abu Dhabi.

    I'm never listing to the dumbasses in some of these chats I've found.. 2016 was a great year for racing regardless of Mercs dominance, the field was still close at the top end and Lewis and Nico were scrapping the whole time unlike Max and Perez now. There were other decent years after this, but '16 was probs the last year that fully resonated with me as a classic year of racing full of legends.
    Glad I got to witness the fall from its final worthy peak unless engine reworks in 2025 spice things up, but having no refuelling is a joke and people getting penalties for defensive driving. No point in even trying as it stands, nothing to win in qualifying well so we probs won't be pushing lap records for years now. Shame but as is life

      Bruh, they had Constructors championship won, so he wanted to have an impact in drivers championship battle. Bottas was no.2 driver all the way, he wasn't good enough to get over Lewis in Mercedes. There was hierarchy in team. In 2021 season Perez helped Max so many times, he was letting him pass, backing off Lewis in Abu Dhabi, and nobody complains about that XD. Thats normal in top teams to use second driver as a help for leader. Lewis proved his position because he is better than Bottas, so he was favored same as Max this season.

    • @KumoGoesFast
      @KumoGoesFast 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      it ruins all the momentum you gained from turn 1, you're not passing at that chicane unless you've gotten atleast 1 cars length ahead of them in the short exit off turn 1, which would only happen if it's a Mercedes vs a Haas or something..

    • @NoelKerns
      @NoelKerns 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      To all the people claiming "There's no overtaking possibility with the chicane at turn 5!"...Max literally sets up not one but TWO passes through that very chicane in the first 7 minutes of this video.
      It doesn't all have to be about carrying speed and momentum; it IS after all the World DRIVING Championship. Make 'em drive a little bit, instead of just cruising around with the fast pedal to the floor all the time like it's IndyCar.

      @@IrrIdk Jesus takes away sin because He comes from God. You cannot compare Jesus to a world situation. You will be responsible for your sins and take the punishment. But, you don't have to. Jesus is Lord because He can connect with us! He was on Earth to die and resurrect for us! God is Lord as well!

      I understand that religion can save you during difficult times in life. Talking yourself into thinking that a almighty god or his helpers will safe you will make you feel better about your situation. I never was forced to attend church, so I took a rational approach at religion. I'm an atheist. The idea of believing in a god is as strange to me as if you would tell me that there's actually ghosts, wizards and magic in general on earth. Even though believing in god seems to me as an act of helplessness, I do not judge a person doing so, except when people like you try to convince other people that something is very real. Like I said, it seems foolish to me to believe in god, but sometimes I actually miss being "naive" so I get through live easier.

      @@Kallermatsch37 You shouldn't judge anyone, God is very real :) You have to take the time to seek Him and He will show himself to you! I'm not naive and life is not easier, but now I rely on God instead of on myself

    I have a few things that I did not care for. 1. Nico race engineer comment about LEWIS. But never ever said anything about the off season deal. Or when NICOLE TOOK TANTRUMS AND STARTED running into Lewis. I think he should have been doing this earlier. I hate NICO

    Childhood dream come true until after they found out about that cheating punks crooked actions. Listen to the crowd. They know he did not deserve it. That’s the same attitude that the entire sport teams felt. That’s why he did not get another seat. What F-1 driver or any driver. Retires and doesn’t come back the following year and season to defend? Lastly it’s clear that he was found out to be a cheating coward

      You can hate Nico... but he didn’t cheat. Because if he cheated he would be WDC in 2014 & 2015, and he said months ago “When Lewis is champion, I am more proud of myself, because it shows how difficult it was.” And he was right. Lewis backed off the field hoping for a Nico’s mistake. Because if nico wasn’t in the top 3, Lewis would win the championship. And if Lewis wasn’t first Nico needed to be 7th or worse to Hamilton win the championship. And that’s not cool. Because it’s not sportsmanship.

      I am basing my opinion on my personal experience and knowledge dealing with this sport. I am not in any bragging. But I have attended 28 race weekend events in my lifetime. Nico changed for the worse 2 season before Michael S. Left. Once Lewis came it really got bad. Go look at what NICO did to the team. The season of the champion he was awarded. Do research on the teams stir up. He totally took advantage of the people that actually believed him . That the team wasn’t being fair enough. It had nothing to do with Lewis on or off the track. But everything to do with him not having what it took to be competitive based off hits own capabilities.

      From team orders, rules about no overtaking from a teammates tow the first 3 Laps of the race from the start. Teammate have to share car settings and time sheets before qualifying day.
