"Not all microbes are good microbes" for the plants that we are cultivating, at least. All microbes are good microbes for a specific environment. That's why they evolved to occupy their niche spot. Change the environment and the microbial populations will change.
I was gifted some behind the barn outdoor flower to compare to my indoor. The grower and I are both in our 70’s and he has been doing the back forty thing since the 70’s. Their flower has an amazing berry taste and is from four of six plants that the deer didn’t destroy. When I tell them about the science I watch on TH-cam they laugh at me. There may be some advantage in digging down so deep into the science but there are some awesome plants from growers whose only concern are that the deer don’t destroy their plants.
