I mean...to be fair he also knows that triggering his yang energy won't kill him (probably?) and just makes him act erratically. As long as he's kept under supervision he'd probably be fine (and what's the point in him getting him all riled up if he's not going to watch the chaos ensue?) and Xingqiu has no problems paying for any damages.

Itto could legit fit in every single category, he's constantly in ER, falls off cliffs while searching for onikabuto, breaks his hip doing chores for other people for quick money, got into some serious situation in one of those jobs and had an accident, got distracted while cooking and almost chopped his whole hand off, tried to one up yoimiya and blew something up he shouldn't have, heard a spooky story about a sickness and gets paranoid so he gets a tummy ache due to stress and that makes him even more freaked out, made a stupid bet about pulling all nighters or did something really stupid that exauted him and he bonked his head when he passed out, accidentally ate beans, accidentally stepped inside the wrong property and their guard dog bit his leg, accidentally drank really strong alcohol all in one go and almost died, got shot by a stray arrow and refuses to say it hurts like hell because of both his pride and that he doesn't want those who accidentally shot him to feel any worse about it

This all happens within the span of two days and everyone in Inazuma is scared for him but on the 3rd day he forgets it all happened 💀

Look, as someone with multiple medical professionals in the family, I can confirm that every one of those “is the doctor” individuals would also fall under “refuses to go, says “I’m fine” category 😂

Especially Scara considering an certainly somebody who was the one behind his friend death and was the one who brought him into the fatui and do experiment on him

I think Noelle broke her hip doing chores just from how many she does and how hard she works. Maybe there was a spot on the floor that looked like dirt, so she kept trying to mop it a little to hard, but the whole time it was just a difference in floor colour.
Also she's wearing heavy armor + heavy farbics cloths, so I agree with you haha

I think Alhaitham mentioned something in his voicelines about medical treatments being free in Sumeru. Specifically, about how stupid Kaveh was for believing someone about needing charity donations in Sumeru where healthcare is free.
Yeah but it's only in Sumeru...
Many characters in Sumeru have mentioned medicine is expensive, like in Cyno's quest and in Dori's backstory.
Maybe checkups and the identifying process are free, but prescriptions definitely aren't.

Also Diluc would go for things he can explain with his lifestyle, like "oh I fell down the stairs because they were wet from being swept and I didn't see that, clumsy me haha" (has a broken leg from being thrown by an Abyss mage) but for many things he'd have the "I had worse" attitude of not having to go and the "If it's really that bad I'll just cauterize it I don't see the problem" developed by 3 years of running around in a one man war. (He has two very different attitudes depending on the situation. He is also the type of person who'd make the others go to the ER even if they don't want to)
ayato totally gives broke his hip doing chores energy, dude's never done his own chores in his life. but lets face it there's at least a 50% chance he does it on purpose or fakes it to get out of being asked to do any more chores
Mika having social anxiety doesn't mean he's sensitive about everything. He seems like a tough cookie to me. He's a knight. He's a cartographer for a reconnaisance squad. He definitely got bitten by a bug/animal/stung by a plant. Especially since he wears shorts. Or he fell off a cliff while balancing on the edge, spying on some enemies.

But when Jean is the one being hurt, or passed out, he would give her the best care, which would make them always calling the other hypocritical, cause "You say I have to take care of me, but you're not capable of following your own advice"

Honestly, with Dori’s backstory, I honestly feel like she would go to the ER for the little things, since she’s made sure she always has the means to take care of herself and her loved ones (I know she isn’t a popular character by any means, but being oh too familiar with the medical system in my country, her story definitely struck a cord with me).
My comments on this...According to Yelan's profile she apparently goes to the ER equivalent all the time and is almost freakishly into getting stitched back up after a mission goes bad, but she tends to go in disguise so the staff don't recognize her even though she's a regular. Also, totally agree Keqin going to the ER at the slightest upset stomach. Someone like her is not waiting a second at the first symptom and risking being off work for a week or more.

Headcanon: Xinyan wanted some extra oomph in her concert, so she calls in Yoimiya and Klee. They went a bit overboard.
And by “a bit,” I mean Klee and Yoimiya attempted to manufacture a small thermonuclear missile.
The only reason why it stayed as an attempt was because Yoimiya spread the word to some of the kids in Liyue, who then informed Ningguang, who then stepped in because something like this would probably make Zhongli come out of retirement.

1. You remember the 2.3 update with evil albedo? Could u maybe make a tier list about how the Genshin character would be if they became evil?
Like for example my head cannon for Heizou is that he'll "play nice on the outside but evil on the inside" and he would manipulate people to get to his goal

Pair every character in the tier list up into ships, but every character has to be used and they can only be used once. It would be interesting to see some new ship ideas once all of the early characters have all been paired up.

Goeou either got injured in combat, fell off a cliff while hiking, or had a panic attack because of Yae
He was hiking up the cliff to get away from Yae and when he got to the hospital he was like "I got hurt in a fight" cuz he was too embarrassed to tell the truth.
Venti kinda did the 'doesn't want to go/stay' thing in the Mondstadt archon quest and speeded to the tree at Windrise instead lol.
But I guess that could've also been because Barbara's healing wasn't helping him much but the tree does.
I’m pretty sure every region we’ve gotten in teyvat has been in inspired by a place that currently has free health care so I’d say teyvat heath care should be pretty good

yelan actually LOVES going to the ER. in one of ger lore bits we learn she regularly goes into the ER in diffrent outfits to get stitched up and refuses to take pain meds because its heavily implied she loves the pain.

I feel like Qiqi gooes ro the ER everytime a customer sees her testing a new medication. Like they see the side effects include death or stroke and panic. Then when she gets to the ER they're like, "She's literally a zombie. Nothing can kill her."

Yah the only way he ever gets hurt on the job is by Xingqiu’s “pranks.” Basically a direct quote from one of his character stories, “oops you fell into a pit that I totally didn’t set up and nearly died, well I guess I’ll take you to the hospital because I’m oh so chivalrous, but you’ll owe me for deigning to assist you.”
The only way Chongyun will likely ever see an evil spirit is if XQ gets his hands on some Fontaine tech and uses a projector to shine some ghastly images around to lead him to fall into said previous pit.
Or if yk Xingqiu dies, I can see him trying to overcome whatever energy Chongyun has to torment his favorite plaything from beyond the grave. Wonder how long it would take Chongyun to see him for what he is then...
Personally, I think Collei's eleazar weakened her immune system and made her susceptible to illnesses so er regular is my personal opinion

I have a headcanon Scaramouche used to have his own monthly or yearly checkups but instead of actually going to the hospital dottore checks to see if he is still functioning properly or if any of his mechanical organs need maintenance

As someone who works in a hospital I can confirm that most people do in fact refuse to go to the hospital for any reason. Especially the sussy people.

Keqing has survived in the wild with nothing but her hairpin and has gone undercover in illegal circles, I don't think she would notice an upset stomach.
Also Rosaria drinks, but she never gets drunk, she's careful with her intake.

Sumaru has canonically free health care. I assume that Mondstadt will be in a similar situation, the only difference is that the church is in charge there.
As for Liyue, it is an economic powerhouse. My theory is that Zhongli/Morax must have devised a generous insurance system (even though he is not insured itself and someone has to pay for him) As for the other regions, I have no idea.

Adding on Baizhu as frequent trips to the ER and Qiqi with him because while individually they would maybe not go that frequently together with all the pick ups they have to do they're well known at the local hospital. Also pharmacy money can probably(hopefully) cover medical bills and paying to have Qiqi unburied.
Also Hu Tao is in regular ER visits just to check on potential clientel
This makes little sense to me because we have a different medical system so people go to the emergency room with (things like dislocated arms or coughing so much that they're literally starting to suffocate) you know emergencies, otherwise we go to the regular doctors. still a very entertaining video though, just slightly confusing

I'd say Xianling should be in 'Ate Something Poisonous' from her testing highly experimental dishes and ingredients than accidentally cutting herself in the kitchen.
I wanna say that Baizu pays qiqi in medical bills. As in random person sees zombie, calls ambulance, Baizu gets the call and just updated the work schedule.
Canonically, Sumeru has free universal public healthcare. And Mondstadt too, since they basically only have Barbara and she was too shy to ask for "a small donation to the church".
Liyue's healthcare system sounds like the type of capitalist nightmare you'd avoid at all costs because look at the prices in Bubu pharmacy.
And Inazuma's healthcare system is just so unbelievably fucked up. Your best options are probably a war hospital inside a tent or an old lady selling herbs out of her house.
