The 350z/G35 is a great first car. My G35 was my first car 6MT learned everything and it ran like a champ. Just sold it to buy a 350z. Other than gas, these are great first cars.

    1. Cost of after market parts is completely dependent on what parts you're buying. The same brand of coils for a Mustang don't cost more for a Z just because they are made for a Z.

this just makes me happier that it was my first car 🤞

Not my first car, but my first sports car. Definitely helps if you already have a reliable daily/beater when you get a Z or any enthusiast car

sometimes you got to stop complaining about some of these things. Any 16-year-old shouldn't be mad about having 300 hp in a manual sports car no matter how hard it is to learn to drive stick in the car (which it isn't just got it as my first manual car (350) and learned in under 2 weeks of slight practice.) lots of 16 year Olds aren't safe in a 350 with the hp now. imagine them in a 1000 hp race car. None of what you're saying is even realistic. you talk about how it's too expensive to handle but then you say how the hp isn't much and say it's not a 1000 hp car which either way wouldnt be realistic at all for any 16-year-old. No 16-year-old should expect over 400 rwhp in their first car. you should be happy its slower for 16yos
