In today’s video, I want to talk about how to cleanse and detox your liver. Your liver is your second largest organ and is vital to your body’s health, which is why it’s so important to detox your liver.
5 ways you can detox your liver:
    1. Remove all toxins from your diet (processed grains, sugars, fast foods, packaged foods, conventional meat and diary, and eat real foods)
    2. Consume liver detoxifying herbs like milk thistle, turmeric, and dandelion
    3. Detox your emotions (emotions like frustration, resentment, unforgiveness, and anger directly affect your organs)
    4. Eat real liver (chicken or beef liver)
    5. Consume foods that cleanse the liver (sprouts, salads, sour foods, probiotic rich foods)

+Wildman Samurai don't be sorry I respect your opinion and you. If you allow me to express my view on God we can have a healthy conversation. Do you deny there's such thing as evil?
This is why I believe God exists aside from a personal inner peace:
      Justice requires punishment
      Mercy requires forgiveness
      How do you do both?
      God is absolute being
The heavens and all around us confirm we did not make ourselves. He put eternity in ALL of our hearts yours included. What is the reason you say there's no God?

Very worthwhile information to detoxify our livers through herbs (milk thistle, tumeric, dandelion); bring more joy; get rid of anger, resentment, bad feelings, etc. that affect our organs; eat fresh greens & fruit & use apple cider vinegar as a dressing, etc. is the jest of Dr. Axe's message! I especially thought your study's on emotional issues in this particular video and how they effect your liver was insightful. I have a close relative that has had liver problems (hepatitis B) (cancer) and he has struggled with unforgiveness, resentment and frustration. He was and is frustrated about different issues in his life. A scripture verse comes to mind Proverbs 14:30 "A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones."

Man, this is so informative and really hit home base for me. About to make a life decision and start a family. Not because of this video but validated by the viewing of this video. I want my body right. My mind right. My spirit right. My baby girl deserves it. My kids deserve it. My loved ones deserve it. The enemy always try to knock us down. An obstacle here. A pitfall there. Truth is, we know better but sometimes it's tough to do better. I keep reminding myself though - I've made it this for. I really have and for that, I'm going to make this a whole lifestyle change. And personally, without knowing near one of ya'll, I want to humbly suggest that you guys do the same. Ultimately, it's for the greater good. And we deserve it to ourselves to be better for the years to come. I want the best for us all. To all, I bid a farewell and a happy and safe journey on this road of discovery we all call life.

Really love his view on negative emotions on health. Totally agree. One must have spiritual life. In Indian tradition food, our grand mothers used to give us turmeric when we were kid. Turmeric is best for body and immunity. It used to save us from seasonal diseases by boosting immunity. Nutmeg is one of other spices that has health benefits. We had ancient natural ways to heal and clean our body that we have lost. 😐

This is just too much. As a mother, working full time, raising three kids, who has time, or money to follow this? We eat raw, fresh fruit and veg, I make everyone's lunches. I avoid boxed cookies/biscuits, etc. You get the point. I cook from raw ingried's.
We all had the tests, antioxidant counts, and we were all low. The food today does not have enough nutrients, bad farming practices abound. You must take hi-quality supplements if you want to avoid chronic disease and chem-prescriptions.

I mostly drink 9.5 alkaline with minerals from whole foods for $0.99 a gallon no limit. And you fill up your own jug. I want to try 10.7 alkaline water from another Whole Foods store soon. Also I have done the saliva tests to prove this water works and improved my health and built my immune system very high! I drink a minimum of half my body weight in ounces of 9.5 alkaline Water a day minimum to work and flush. I get water out of side of mountain to wash foods off with I treat this water with one drop of unscented bleach to each gallon. And it barely shows up on clorine scale. unlike city water very high in clorine and all kinds of other bad from half way remanufactured city water DO NOT DRINK! I use to not treat this fresh mountain water and bacteria started to smell and grow in the water. Water still looked crystal clear with bacteria. My he water is damaged thats why I get and treat this natural pure fresh mountain water.

I'm Native American and you seemed to forgot one that I was taught by my grand parents from their grand perents and so on. Give your liver a break and "fast," no eating for a few days to let your liver catch up to the toxin you ingest, so it can get them out. I fast once sometimes twice a month. Plus it's one of the best things you can do for your body. Also blue green agea is super good for the body I swim and drink it. I would not recommend it to the average person that full of toxins though as it can make you very sick. First detox you body then try it. If you don't believe me read up on it. It's very powerful and should be taken advantage of that's something I was taught at a young age. So many lies in this world. I could make a book on all the natural remedies for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Most people now days only live in their physical bodies and that's bad for your health. There's 4 bodies that you need to care for. Btw I'd never write a book on it. The creator loves you. Hiy-hiy.
