I can't stand BR540 Extrait or Delina Exclusif. Both are so sickening sweet, heavy on the oud, and nauseating. They're WAY too much for me!

I'm an Alien girl too. I tried with Angel, but I sold all my stars. Have you tried any Alien flankers? I have so many and they are all great smelling. My absolute favorites are mostly discontinued and rare unicorns, but you should try if you haven't already. My tops in my collection are Alien Liqueur 2013 (gold bottle), Alien Le Gout Du Parfum (Taste of Fragrance) and Alien Essence Absolue. I love Alien Mirage as well. I have Alien EDP, Flora Futura, Fusion and Eau Sublime too.
Everyone loves Paco Rabanne Olympea, Mon Guerlain, Dior Poisons, CH Good Girl... I hate those LOL
Everyone has different reactions to different smells, so obviously some people will love a certain scent while others don't. Plus some fragrances just don't work with certain body chemistries, there are a few fragrances that I enjoy when other people wear them but if I try and wear them I get a headache or nauseous. It is great that everyone likes something different, it makes the world so much more interesting.

I have to agree on this, I used to really love D&G Light Blue which is always a cult favorite amongst women and I love the smell of it on other people but the moment I try it on it doesn't smell good on me lol
D&G Light Blue is also one I like to smell on others but if I wear it I get a sick headache. But it is a good friend's favorite and I have no issues around her when she wears it.
Right! If everyone liked the same thing, the world would be boring! This is the whole reason there’s millions of different fragrances!
Omg! I thought I was the only one who was nauseated by Libre! I really liked it, but every time I tried to wear it, it would make me sick 😂
Yes!!! I was like meee too!! They are soo pretty especially the libre intense.. there is a moment its alien absolue and I live but I get the most massive headache with it. Yay not the only one 😁

I love Libre and it’s one of the few fragrances I can actually wear. All the Channel’s for instance give me a massive headache 😢 I read somewhere that the perfume related headaches could be psychological. It would be interesting to know the theory behind it.

The only one I don’t agree with you on is florabotanica. You’d have to try it on the skin! It’s the performance that makes it amazing, the sillage smells beautiful especially in summer.
When I purchased it I thought it was Nothing special until I wore it on a hot day.
I don't like D&G Light blue/light blue intense. It turns sour on my skin...and grassy too.
It smells like toilet cleaner. To zesty for me. Light blue sun is the bomb. They added coconut vanilla n woods. I love that one

I think I hate most citruses now.
It’s always about the “why?” for me..why a fragrance is gorgeous to one person and why a certain fragrance just doesn’t work for another. I’m not out in stores right now so these ‘not for me’ videos are helpful and interesting too. Take care 🇨🇦
I'm not sure why people would take offense? Perfume is subjective and we all have different body chemistry so perfumes work differently on us. For example Angel Muse, DG Light Blue and MJ Decadence smell sooooooooooo bad on my skin. I do however like them on other people
It's nice to see someone, in this never ending and ever growing pool of perfume channels, who doesn't hype all the same fragrances that everyone else does.
I was pleasantly surprised when you said you like La vie est belle and dislike Cloud, Sunshine woman and Florabotanica.
Not that there is anything bad about them, I actually only tried La vie est belle, but the fact that you're honest about everything means a lot. :)
I am SO looking forward to going in store to sniff fragrances! South Africa doesn't allow returns and it's so hard to come by samples or decants here, so pretty much everything lately has been blind buys. Living dangerously! Interesting video, I really want to try those off this list that I have in my cart now!

Daaamn!!! I had the exact same impression with "Eros". Never experienced such an impression. With the libres totally agree.

i feel the exact same way about burberry her. i've tried to like it, just not for me. too synthetically sweet on my skin and i'm learning that strawberry doesn't do much for me :/ i love these videos-- just goes to show how subjective fragrance is! ❤

I'm so glad libre doesn't make me sick. I also have a sensitive stomach and can get headaches easily from scents. Many of the ones you mentioned I disliked when testing and never bothered to buy thankfully. I'm in the group of people that get the bandaid antiseptic vibe from cloud and Burberry...I was SO confused after hearing how sweet and amazing they were lol 😂 but I am kind of interested in florabotanica now ha! It looks interesting
The berry note in Burberry Her smells like the strawberry shortcake doll from back in the day! You pinpointed what I don’t like about those - the very “synthetic strawberry or raspberry note” 😝😝😝
Great video! I completely agree about Cloud! I have it to my 15 year old niece who loves it- need I say more.
I LOVE the florabotanica bottle so much, and I have pretty good self control for not buying just for a pretty bottle.
I haven’t smelled it in years, but I remember it smelling like a generic perfume counter perfume, like walking through a Macy’s. You are not alone!

You could take requests and review samples of some of your subscribers favorites, that would be fun, you're really good at descriptions. I love your honesty. Fruity perfumes tend to make me a little sick sometimes too, but Burberry Her is a rare exception. Thanks for taking the time to do reviews for us, always enjoyable!

Omg so I feel the same exact way as you do towards Florabotanica!! I kept trying to make with work, even tried to hang on to it just for the beautiful bottle not noooo, just cannot. And this is coming from a freshie and citrus lover, I was so sure I would love it. I just can’t. I don’t know why. :(

Nice review and appreciate your perspective! I agree on many of these. I can’t do the synthetic /berry notes either. I gave my bottle of Burberry her intense away. I enjoy br540 so much better.

Never put my nose on Versace Eros EDP but I have the EDT and I love it!!! Also agree with Cloud brought it twice trying to like it since it’s so popular and took it back both times. I just order BR540 it’s in the mail to be to me on Monday I’m excited I rather stick to the real thing

On the forth test in store I love it now. It definitely wasn't love at first sniff. You have to let it sit on ur skin and yes I agrees the bottle is cheap. I threw away the cloud 😂
The bottle is hideous and I threw out the base, but the perfume is amazing cozy bedtime scent
Hello Olivia I don’t understand the love fo BR540 honestly but understand why is so much loved neither can I do the original Shalimar or chanel 5 even tho I’m now a mature woman , Libre didn’t work for me I found it to screechy and loud , but I love Sunshine specially fall and winter I don’t think it is a summer fragrance when I tried on summer it didn’t work for me either and I got Kenzo Floweer L’Elixir sent from Spain foe a dear friend and really like it a lot great video as usual
I haven't tried the OG Libre but the Intense one was very cloying on my skin :( I think it's the type of orange blossom used in it that I can't stomach and made me feel ill.
I agree w most of these! I found cloud and burberry her to smell like chemicals on the dry down. The sweetness of both of then instantly disappeared and just that weird oak moss ambroxan(?) smell lingered for hours. I also find it interesting you cant smell Versace eros. I definitely can, it smells like a classy raspberry. However I had the same exact reaction to Prada Candy! I have smelled it in many stores and i literally can't smell it lol. I think maybe ppl don't all have the same scent receptors so we can be scent blind to particular formulas or notes.
Cloud is my stufffff, I mix it with an impressionist Baccarat Rouge fragrance oil and its amazingg. My brothers gf asked what perfume I was wearing bc I sat on their couch and the scent lingered there for days!
I wish it had more presence for me:/ it does smell really good 😌

Cloud smells like cigar smoke on me! And I agree nothing like BR. I keep trying different styles but always go back to big white bold florals. The smoky woody ones I love but evaporate quickly! My nose likes it but my chemistry neutralizes it!
As a nurse.. i Love wearing florabotanica to work.. i spray it on my skin.. its soft not strong.. only close contact to patients/persons can smell it and get compliments..
I don't quite understand why nurses aren't supposed to wear perfume at work. When in hospital I would really enjoy whiffs of normality outside hospital walls.

Great video! I agree with a lot of these. I honestly can't stand baccarat rouge or anything that smells like it. It smells like a machine on a hot day to me. Angel on the other hand is a masterpiece in my opinion, I plan on buying the original someday. For now I only own 3 flankers of it.
PS. You don't have to apologize for your opinion with every perfume you mention. Don't be afraid to tell it like it is. We know that we're watching a video about perfumes you don't like and that's fine :)
I love Floral Botanica, very soft, delicate clean fragrance, kind of lotion vibe on my skyn

I actually spritzed florabotanica on me on a summer day and as the day went by I kept getting a beautiful whiff of something and obviously it was the perfume.
Maybe it’s just the body chemistry? Idk but I love it 😭

We are at the hight of summer in NZ and I am wearing this perfume today. I find it so freshing, slighly unisex and perfect for a hot day.

I’ve been wanting to try Manifesto. Maybe we have the same taste, so I will order it and try . I have also been enjoying Dolce Pour Femme. BDK Gris Charnel as well.

I haven’t smelled all of these that you showed us, but I can agree with the Versace ones. Also I like Cloud but it doesn’t last.
I got a Cloud set for Christmas. When you layer the shower gel, the lotion and the fragrance, it lasts for 12 hours and it lasts on clothes for days.
Omg yes I can’t with Burberry Her too! I think it’s the synthetic raspberry. Too sweet, too synthetic and a little bit like a rubber. I really like Burberry Her Blossom tho ☺️💕
I agree with Libre but florabotanica is beautiful.. Also cloud is my comforting scent.. Sofia- you need to give time as it was a big No for me too but it grown on me, Not love but like..
I couldn't agree more with most of the fragrances you mentioned, especially Cloud being a "dupe" of Baccarat Rouge! I don't even find them similar needless to say a dupe. Nowadays it seems anything sugary is automatically a BR540 dupe I've smelled many supposedly "dupes" that are far from even being similar and Cloud is one of them. I'm not saying it’s worst, in fact many people like Cloud more than Baccarat, but it's not a dupe (and I don't like it ;-) ). Great video!

Love: Florabotanica- fresh, bright and nice for summer. I adore the packaging and bottle!
Hate: BR 540- as a nurse, it reminds me of a treatment room, latex and betadine. I had the same reaction to it as you did when you smelled Versace Eros pour femme. I couldn't believe I was smelling a fragrance. It seemed completely medicinal to me
I’m a nurse too!:) 💗 I can totally see the treatment room vibe. Lucky for me it hasn’t given me that vibe at all yet. 🤞

I really tried to like Arianna Grande Cloud but I just can’t. It smells good but It smells synthetically sweet and gives me a headache. I’m definitely getting rid of it.
I absolutely love Amouage Sunshine but I can absolutely agree it doesn’t work on everyone. I think osmanthus or apricot either one are difficult on some people. It makes me think of summers at the pool and it’s very nostalgic every time I catch a whiff.
I absolutely do NOT like Florabotanica though. I love the bottle and I like it from the atomizer but I just can’t handle it on me. It’s too sharp I think on my skin eventually. I like catching the scent occasionally but I can’t handle it constantly on myself.
I fully share your opinion on YSL Libre and the Versace fragrances. But I am sorry to hear that you do not enjoy Cloud. It is a bit too young and sweet for me to wear it anywhere out of the house. But it is the perfect cozy scent at home. The burnt sugar candy is so special.
I have to revisit Florabotanica to see if it grows on me.
I gifted my Dylan Blue to my mom because it was definitely a scent that didn't work for me. It gave me a hairspray soap chemical vibe. 🥴 I'm also struggling to like my Florabotanica and never reach for it. I'll try it again in the spring or summer to see if I like it better.

I blind bought l'imperatrice 3 by D&G. On my skin it smells to me like vongole sauce(i.e. clam, garlic, white wine and butter) at first which really put me off, but it gets better as it dries down. I am trying to like it atm but maybe warmer weather and acidity level on my skin changes how i feel. I can't stand the smell of Eau d' Issey. Also I remember feeling nauseated and finding unpleasant by certain smells on certain people, later found out that they were Chanel No.19 and Cacharel Anais Anais( I don't know if they are even popular though). I find lot of perfumes not smelling great on certain people although the scent itself is nice enough to like from the bottle. On the other hand I don't think much of AG's Cloud when sniffing from bottle, but I do like how it smells on my skin.

I LOVE Alien and I actually like Angel Muse once it develops on the skin a bit, but I cannot for the life of me tolerate Angel lol... to me, it smells like someone who has very, very bad body odour (likely the dirty patchouli note) who sprayed a sweet perfume to try to hide the stench. I think Angel probably develops and smells gorgeous on some people’s skin chemistry which is why it’s popular, but it smells terrible sprayed on paper or clothing (in my opinion at least lol). I also really don’t like Libre - it doesn’t jive with me. I much prefer Mon Guerlain’s blend of lavender and vanilla - it’s more sensual and beautiful to me.
Kenzo L’elixir is a staple for me! But I agree with the rest
Versace eau fraiche is a men’s cologne I used to spray on it all the time when I worked at a counter. It’s so easy to love and just refreshing to keep smelling. Have you tried?

I like a lot Florabotanica..At first it was not something extraordinary but after it was so nice strong. I like it.
I also agree with you about Versace perfumes. I don’t like them because they all smell very synthetic. Not a fan of them. Also I don’t like the Sofia V - totally agree. It’s very over-rated in my option. I think it smells cheap- sorry ladies but to do. ❤️
I agree with you for most part, the only one I would disagree is Ariana Grande Cloud, I used to dislike this perfume and now I love it, it’s also one of my partners favourites and I do see a lot of similarities with BR540 as I own both, and I actually prefer cloud these days, just a bit more fun, in my opinion of course.
As we have a similar preference I suggest you to buy CIEL from Amouage buy the small bottle as its very expensive
I feel this way about Cloud and Burberry Her…they turn rancid on my skin and smell horrible. Must be the musk, because I noticed it about some other perfumes as well, such as Light Blue and Crystal Noir. I’m staying away from musk going forward 😉
I agree with you with versace eros, Ariana cloud, same my daughter has it I had baccarat Rouge purse size and gave it as well to her because I don’t like it.
Hi ! I agree with a lot of what you said. I personally don’t like Versace Dylan Blue and Eros didn’t really click for me. I disliked Cloud, and Midnight Rose by Tresor gave me a headache. I really disliked My Burberry. And original Euphoria gives me a headache. So yes, very subjective. Depends highly on your taste, chemistry and even personality.
I agree with all of them, and I can add Alien, Guerlain Insolence and Chloé EDP to the list
You shocked me at Versace Eros pour femme. I loveeeee that scent. I highly agree with you on the yellow diamond & bright crystal tho. They just don’t do it for me either.
Was yours the edt? People keep saying they prefer the edt. Mine was the EDP

The only one I’m interested in trying is florabotancia. I already have way too many sweet gourmands. So the green note in this is drawing me in and it’s supposed to be long lasting.
I bought the travel spray of Libre and it’s not what I was expecting. Where’s the vanilla ? So I layer the Body Shops Vanilla perfume over it to make it bearable .

I have bright crystal, and though it smells good in theory, I just don't enjoy it. I think it smells like a generic shampoo, but my 5 year old gets to use it, on occasion. 😉
All of the perfume you mention are on my wishlist 😂 now im hesitating if i will buy it or nah 😂
Try and sample if you're hesitant. I enjoy quite a few of these on here, as well as agree with a few on here. Sunshine woman, eros edp, libre , & cloud are all part of and loved in my collection.

I didn’t get libre hype too! went to the mall and get black opium because after I smell the black opium and tried to smell libre and I couldn’t smell it at all
Again I love Burberry Her and the Intense is ok.
Libre is one of my favorite perfumes of all time by i have to say i don't use it regularly only special night dates thats all.

I agree with you on so many of these! Libre was super screechy, headache-inducing, and nausea-inducing. Burberry Her and Burberry Her Intense aren't bad but they both smell way too sweet. Her is too sugary and Her Intense is too syrupy. And Angel is just sickening but also skanky/dirty at the same time? So weird.
Wow I agree with these! Cloud and Libre and Versace - don’t like them or they (Libre) make me nauseous. And I don’t understand the love for Amouage at all! I smell apricot and a lot of tobacco and I’d use it as a room spray for a den but not on my body. I would think I’d like Florabotanica because I like green notes but I don’t like it. Kenzo Flower is room freshener. I’m not sure about Burberry Her because it seems so light on me I can’t smell much. I like Angel Eau Crossiere. I don’t like Alien but I’ll probably try it again. I do like Sofia. :-))

I dislike Olympea, Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche, Mon Guerlain, and La Petite Robe Noire. I also agree with you about Sunshine, finding the Amouage line difficult to wear. Though I love Lyric Woman!
I agree on all of these except Sunshine Woman. I like Libre Intense alright as well, but didn't care for the original.
I agree with versace yellow diamond and versace eros makes me feel sick kenzo elixir doesn't last long on me. You are so humble... but perfume are subjective nothing personal.
I do not like Libre but I enjoy Libre intense. Versace Eros edt is my husband's favorite perfume of mine. I gifted the edp away. I much prefer the edt. Cloud is a pretty comforting scent. I love it. I think it's great for people who cannot afford MFK540.
I keep hearing that the edt of Eros is better than the EDP; I’m pretty sure I’ve tried both but I’ll have to go back and retry the edt

Angel girl here, I'm the opposite I dislike Alien (except for Alien Fusion) 😅 I crave angel like crazy, I'll stick for A*men And Angel Comet for now because my wishlist is too big.
I did blind bough Alien, I tried to like it but it doesn't work for me. Attempted to exchange it for Angel Muse but no dice. Now I just want to swap it for ANYTHING. 😁
I’ve been trying to vibe with Angel and have worn it in different seasons and situations. The only time I’ve enjoyed wearing it is on a fresh, windy, spring, day. I’m not fan. :(

I found Cloud to be much more similar to Baccarat Rouge than Burberry Her and Intense! For me, Cloud is a coconut/really sweet version of Baccarat (and of course the performance of Baccarat is far better!)😉 But I agree that the Burberrys don’t smell at all like Baccarat 😉
For me Br540 is too soft just like Burberry her. The lasting power and projection is weak. I find cloud to actually last longer than Br540. The lady at the store also described at as soft and not loud. For an expensive perfume its disappointing.

Hey enjoyed the video I do like the Florabotanica I did have to wear it and let it dry down then it was fine and I really like the Libre it doesn’t bother me I enjoy it (haven’t smelled the intense version yet) One that I’ve heard a lot of people say they like is Chloe’ Nomade and I just can’t get with it because it smells like stinky weeds to me 😂 Thanks Again!
Same here. I dont really like the Citrusy perfume. I dont really like the YSL libre too.
