I was just thinking about how you guys technically never get a day off. The animals need to eat everyday & then their areas cleaned around as well. Your job is truly hard work. I love that you all help each other..including Dad & Grammy makes meals etc...awesome way to work together ❤️ I absolutely loved the interview part where your brother said he couldn't imagine doing anything else. It's so rewarding. I'm going to plant just a few things after we move into our new home in the next few months. I can't wait.

There are a gorgeous pair of Osprey that fish at a large lake down the road from me. They are absolutely stunning to watch them catch fish 🥰

Tell Mathew I have been watching ya'll videos for awhile now. And I can see how much effort ya'll put in all that ya'll do on the farm. It shows in your animals, the care you put in the store, and all the vegetables plants. When Andrew takes the camera out to the fields and we see all the plants, how green they are,how many veggies you pick off each plant, and how ya'll worry weither they got enough water or fertilizer. Keep up the good work it's very much notice.

It’s cold here 20s at night 40 s in the day we we’re excited when we got snow flurries Christmas morning oh we’re in Fl how crazy pls be safe where’s your family are merry Christmas and a safe new year ❤
Today is the first day above freezing for us, here in Hooks Texas . We got down to 6* with a wind chill of -11*. That’s rare for us. Been that way for 4 days or so. Glad it’s over for a while. Mathew did an awesome interview.

From my Mom: thank God for young people like Matthew. We will always need farmers, not the giant corporations but our local farmers. So glad he's happy doing it. Is he married? I have a niece....
Greenhouses are the best! They are so cool, even when they're hot. If you make compost in it, it adds more heat. You can add north wall black water barrels heat is given off overnight.

Thank you Mathew for telling uses your favorite jobs . It would benefit you guys if you had more green houses and beef cattle. The way you sale veggies and take beef cattle to butcher you could sale your beef in quarters or half’s or whole or slabs make a profit on.

Did you three go to college for agriculture or did you learn from hands on experience, each if you just seem to be so natural and good at what you do.
When did you first start "working" on the farm and what was your earliest memory working on the farm?

So to Matt and his Greenhouse wishes, have you thought about doing some winter lettuce in one? I know you guys don't heat them in the winter, but with temps for them needing to be lower anyway, the prices going sky high (mentioned in the video talking about no longer buying califlower from the wholesaler) and the short growing time it could be worth attempting a small trial run one year. Plus it'd be a great out of the house activity for Cali and you can use that as leverage as favorite uncle against Dan.

We had LOTS of snow! And we had extremely cold as well. It has warmed up now and is even starting to melt. Today a big grader went down my street and BLOCKED my driveway with almost 2 feet of heavy, wet chunky snow!! I went out there right away to start shoveling and I saw him coming back up the other side. I just stood there glaring at him! Well, what a nice dude. He scraped out the chunks he left behind! Thanks pal!!
