Futurama ended perfect and I don't say that about many shows. But I just absolutely love the way you can watch through futurama's entirety and have it loop back seamlessly perfect to the pilot episode. I just love it.
During the big 2020 lockdown one of the channels had an epic Futurama binge marathon. When Meanwhile finished, finishing the Marathon, the channel played the Pilot again right after. It was very cleverly done!
Leela's relationship with Fry was one of the things i loved most about Futurama! i really enjoyed watching their romance blossom throughout the series!!!
Even as a kid, i related alot to Leela due to the one-eye thing. Yes, i have 2 eyes, but due to one being blind from birth, i could only see in my one good eye
I'm so happy Leela got her own time line.... She's my heroine...in another life I want to be a kick ass, take no sh!t Queen just like her... Thanks for this, and to anyone reading this have a fabulous night/day 😁❣️

The show that always dies, but always lives. I will always love this show, so glad to see it come back, yet at the same time, have already seen an amazing end. Hopefully this new season will not ruin anything, low doubts I have from what they've proven before from revivals
Seeing Fry and Leela get married and have a long, beautiful life together reminds me of Homer and Marge from The Simpsons. They are made for each other, and Fry and Leela's relationship was always my favorite thing about the show. When Fry stops playing his opera and Leela tells him, "Don't stop playing Fry. I want to know how it ends." that always makes me cry. 😭🥰💜
Futurama is a Masterpiece of a Series with alot of great and relatable Characters,Turanga Leela is definitely one of the best Characters in the Series and one of the best Female Role Models in any Media,she's a Badass with a interesting and sad Origin Story that it makes us feel sorry for her while being a fun Person and not being your simple Damsel in Destress,plus her Romantic Relationship with Fry makes them one of the best Couples of Entertainment Media,whatever the Future holds this Franchise now that a Continuation is happening let's just hope and pray that Characters like Leela are just as good as before.
Poor Leela.. her backstory is the most depressing 😔 but at least she’s part of the planet express crew and got to be with Fry 💕 and it’s kind of funny that Kiff can have alien babies just by touching someone else’s skin 🤣
It was understandable that Leela’s parents left her at the orphanage, they wanted to give her the bast possible chance at life, as mutants were ostracized in the future, and aliens were acceptable
With the revival of the show coming to Hulu, you're gonna have more work ahead of you to do. Wonder what Fry and Leela relationship with be like in the revival? Will they try getting married again? Maybe having a kid? I just can't wait.

Did you know that Fry and Leela's son would appear in Futurama this came from an the abandoned plotpoint from the David X. Cohen episode Law and Oracle with a mysterious time traveller who could only speak backwards
Leela and Fry's relationship is realistically perfect, it's like both of them have their issues and misunderstandings, but they were always ready to work on them or accept each other the way they are. Fry is just very nice and protective towards Leela, while she sees his charm and learns to open up and give him the same wholesome response.

While obviously Fry is the main character of the show, sometimes the show was all about the trio that made up the crew of the ship but other times it felt like the Professor was the main character. Even in episodes where everyone is going through the same thing, like "Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles" his journey is slightly different because he remained an adult for the majority of the episode. The show and all their adventures would not be possible without him. Even in "Meanwhile" he is absent from the frozen world and did not get to attend the wedding because Leela shredded him across time and space and then he is the end all answer to saving them from dying alone. In my opinion there could be no Futurama without the Professor.
