Hi Greg what can i say, hard to put down exactly but for me he's just got that hard to come by natural mojo, flow and vibe bounce off of him like stardust...the sample choices, his timing and sound engineering always feel curated and connects his projects so well, he makes the best of both worlds, true to the golden era but always refreshing, original and contemporary at the same time...surely he put in mad hours, set aside other priorities and that hard work /passion drove hime to become one with his music and sound...he's more than a professional to me, there's genuine spirit and soul behind it and that shines through in his production.

I was a sampling guy for 20 years. But it keeps you hooked to the music industry where they have a claim on you. I now play my own midi and sample that, dirt it up with uad plugins. I am a free man now lol
Ya but vsts don't sound as good as the records used for sampling. But ya every now and I try to make my own samples with vsts as well
JEFFMAN90 I know it doesnt always sound as good, but with some plugins it comes real close, including the record noise hahahha
