You should do a history video of each team in the OWL , like teams initial roster , changes , origin of the team ( like the Fuel and team Envy ) and achievement. It will be a great series of videos to celebrate the history of each team

Seeing all these players and just seeing Danteh being the only Non-Korean player so high up with others really just makes me love and respect him more and more every day.

These aren't necessarily like "stats" but to see who is the most consistent players of all time? To me that's people like Violet, Choi, Pelican, Lip and people in that range. These players consistently reached for the top and it didn't matter who stood in their way. To consistently win and just finish high each and every year no matter what. Praise has to be levied their way
How you gonna say Choi who only had 2 consistent years and not people like Profit and Fleta who were good since pre owl

Meta can influence some results. like 25:26 maybe one reason there's so many s1 main tanks on here is Moth Meta meant a lot of resurrects, and you'd often want to rez your main tank, and then they might die again after being rezzed. similarly 26:16 I remember Altering played a significant amount of Moira , which is very rare.
finally fleta deadlifts were originally only for a full match, not maps, and i think they were also supposed to only be if your team won, so that would make that stat way different
You skipped over the solo kill all time stat, and it's pretty interesting:
Despite gapping everyone by over 1000 eliminations, Profit only got the 2nd most solo kills behind Carpe (who he played one Season more than). Even more interesting is despite getting the most solo kills in the league, Carpe never got a deadlift.
The man really just played his own game lol
Not as surprising if you consider Carpe always had a flanking solo play playstyle on Cass, Widow, Ashe.

If i recall correctly, proper is the only player to ever deadlift a whole match, that being his insane performance against the outlaws in the 2022 loser’s finals.

shy in 2022 playoffs vs defiant had 3 fleta deadlifts in 5 maps
ATP, I would love to see a video going over the Overwatch Hall of Fame. Think NFL HOF, but with OWL players, and you could even include apex. Some early names that come to mind are Profit, Viol2t, Smurf, LIP, Choihyobin, Ryujehong, Super, Fielder, Shu, Jjonak and so many others

I would really like to see a longer for video where you go over the history of OWL, like did metas, player interactions and who was strong each season, no matter if it was done as a long ass vid or if it was a series 1 episode per season
Do you think you could make a video sometime about best seasons from individual players? (ex. proper 2022). Another fun idea with this could be making your 'dream team' from those players in their respective season. Loved this video though, I'm a big stats person and always fun to see it with OWL

I am eager for the GOAT of every hero video. It will be interesting to compare players on both Ow1 and Ow2 with all heroes.
It'll come with time. Still a little burnt out from the season 6 one. But once I get the motivation I'll go at it hard!

Ironic that the team that was a Dynasty was the shock and not the team with Dynasty in their name but Gesture still being number 3 in deaths after not being a player since 2021 is mind blowing.
Gesture fed a lot and I am still surprised by that and LH was supposed to be a dynasty and they hard flopped in owl immediately.
@@baseebird When I heard the deaths stat for Gesture I was cleaning and stopped cleaning rewound that part and saw it for myself and thought to myself "God damn Gesture 2 years of not playing and you're still number 3 did you really feed more than I remembered" lmfao. and yeah that roster flopped instantly and ironically the one player that wasn't from LH that being Fleta became a legend.
Good note on Glads being tied for most times reverse-swept, they were victim two times in a row in season 5 by Dallas and the Shock during the JQ meta

I don’t know many of these players (with a few exceptions) but I still think this is an awesome video of which although I only watched in 2020-2023, I immediately want to watch some of these players and their best games.
With the exception of the infernal (lol), the bottom six season 1 teams ended up with more playoff wins than the top six season 1 teams.

This might be a ton of work but could you do most dominant performance on each hero in owl history. For example widow could be that game ans had like a 70% scoped crit against philly

The thing I don’t like about people saying the goat is not profit is the teams the other front runners have. Violet has ALWAYS been on great teams with brilliant players, whereas profit was constantly having to carry despite not being a carry style player. He always stood out without much backup even when having to play as support, if violet had the same teams that profit had and vice versa, there would be no debate. Teams massively matter in ow and having a bad team can kill your individual play and yet that never bothered profit.
If profit went out on a super team in the 1st round like lip did this year the slander would of been insane 💯
