    Hey lostboys or anyone reading, I ended up getting these springs for my 2.5 coupe, but when I compress the godspeed springs, I can't get the strut to bolt on. Is there a trick to pull the strut out long enough to bolt it? I can't compress the springs anymore and the strut seems stuck at half height. If anyone has advice that would be great, car is currently sitting on jackstands.

      I am literally having a similar problem right now... spring is in place bolts back in but the strut stayed extended

    • @RotogripRocks
      @RotogripRocks 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@brandonheath495 you mean the opposite? my struts wouldn't extend so I couldn't bolt it down. I ended up using duct tape to wrap the strut so it doesn't drop, then I used an old lowering spring, and compressed the crap out of it, let it expand and taped it up again. After that my strut was long enough to comfortably get the godspeed spring on with less excessive compressing.

    Idk how serious you are about your channel but good music volume Vs Voice volume. I'm combing through lowered Altima videos from the past and now and its unbearable quality I've been on. Good shit my man, and good information. Keep us updated man. Trust me, updates and series gets views even if you don't own the Altima anymore. My IG is EspionagePanda. I'm slowly working on my altima.

    Do you have to drive your car in an angle while going over bumps?

    • @RotogripRocks
      @RotogripRocks 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for bigger speed bumps yes, or go straight on and go slow and then accelerate a bit when you go over it to pull your front chassis up.
