We bought one back in may! Higher trim level though it’s a great car but it’s a j code car made in Japan. It’s flawless. The cheapest car out of are stable of vehicles and probably the best made.
We have 2 one Sl one platinum and we love them with no issues. They good on gas do regular maintenance and they are god suv's.

3 Cylinder Turbo is a no for me. It has to be naturally aspirated engine for me. They should have just put the Altima engine in it. Rhen work towars E-power for next year.
A turbo 3 cylinder with a cvt…..the malaise era has returned.
I got to gave Nissan props to bring a variable compression engine to market while the others are cowards to put in the market.

Did Nissan improve the their CVT ?!! I went threw 2 of them hem in my Nissan!!!
The CVT mimics a normal transmission and makes it feel more natural. But it's essentially the same.
Why does every Nissan gauge not include the 1 in the tachometer?

Lame, back in '23 the base Rogue got an engine cover, now they decontented? Booo.
It’s a engine cover , who the hell cares 😂 , no one test driving a car is saying let me look at the engine cover 😂😂😂😂
@@cormaro13 It shows they keep decontenting the car. In '21 at debut, it had 360 camera on SV trim. Decontented for '22. For '23 they decontented the door cards and seats to simplify them and reduce costs. For '25 they have further decontented, they keep removing features such as the SL no longer comes standard with pano sunroof. Every year the vehicle comes with less and less per trim.

@@cormaro13 They've increased the price every year while simultaneously making the vehicles worse. Not a great combo. :(
What's with these tiny turbocharged engines lately? That powertrain sounds like it'll last till just outside the warranty. Big hell no for me

Mom has a 2011 Rogue with about 120,000 absolutely trouble-free miles except for a broken windshield washer fluid reservoir motor and still going strong and I thank God for that.
@luisdelossantos5338 good to hear that...but we know some people just get lucky! 🙂 I get it though, I'm a chevy guy and constant complaining from comments on GM videos drive me nuts!

Change the cvt fluid every 30-40k and you’ll be fine, loads of these with +150k and on the original gearbox, ppl overthink Nissan. Make sure its a JDM Nissan and not made elsewhere
Full stop. Do not buy. RUN AWAY. 1.5 3cyl Turbo with CVT along with Nissan’s wonderful record of reliability, what could possibly go wrong? $33k for a base Rouge? Way overpriced. Get a CX-5 Preferred for that price with a MUCH better powertrain, reliability, and residual value.
