There is no property tax in Dubai.
There is only a one-time payment of the registration fee which is 4% of the property value.

If you are talking about outside cleaning, the maintenance company will take care of it.
For inside, people are using a ladder.
I can almost guarantee that whoever is paying this price for an apartment isn’t planning on considering best ways to clean windows, that job will fall to other haha 😂👍🏽

@@DubaiRealty I've seen it in many hotel suite in delhi, its quite overrated and overpriced in India..
It does not have a outside slide so when the building starts burning you can slide down fast and not get burn. Living in this building are dangerous .
It is dangerous, but not as much as driving a car to work...
After 2012 there were implemented new regulations related to the fire resistance in high rise towers and it changed a lot.
In any case I pray that there will never be any fire in any building even if its fire resistant...
